Can you suggest a video that walks a first-time smartphone user, an inpatient guy (my husband) who just purchased the CAT S62 (he is in the construction industry), through a comprehensive walk-through on how to OPERATE this phone? He has NEVER used a smartphone before and is becoming ultra-frustrated with trying to figure out all the crap on it. Thanks.
Who stole my T-Mobile sim card? I got a new CAT S62 smartphone but I didn't find that Card. It is Drop-proof and waterproof I confirmed it. Uganda Represented.
The S62 for T-Mobile sucks! I have been through so much since opening box. I would not suggest this phone. I bought it for durability, which seems to be good. But the operation and camera blow! Still can't make a phone call without being on speaker. The customer service is horrible
The Pro version is unlocked for any carrier with minor tech spec bump for usual CPU, memory, etc. Main difference is the FLIR camera on the Pro, where this version is just a second back facing cam.
Do you know why the S62 has in addition to the 48MP (12MP quad sensor) also a 2MP rear camera? There is no documentation regarding the 2MP sensor camera and nobody talks about how to access it or what its purpose is. Or is it actually the FLIR camera the S62Pro has but it's just not functional on the S62?
It looks like on the S62 Pro, the dual 12 MP sensors have one as a regular camera sensor and the other as the FLIR camera. As for the S62 the sensors are 48MP for imaging and 2 MP serving as part of the PDAF (phase detection auto focus) exclusively without a secondary function beyond that.
@@2lylattsouli947 Interesting that they'd use a second camera for PDAF instead of dedicated pixels on the main camera sensor. I haven't run into parallax issues at close distances, though. Thanks for the reply!
Anyone else having issues with wireless charging? I have a wireless charging phone holder in my car and it can't keep up even if the screen is dim or off. My charger is quick charge 3.0 and cable is certified to allow fast charge. Other phones fast charge just fine. I am going to be sending the wireless charger back to see if that is my issue. But for now thought I would ask here too

Man, first time herd of S62 i had S62 PRO, r u familliar with that model and differences? 4 now, im sticked to my S61. So far so good...

Audio is mediocre. Not great. Not terrible. Had mine for a month now.

No IR camera on this model. I believe ya have to go with S62 Pro to get the IR camera.
