Wow, I was worried I was missing out on visible-light camera quality by getting the Pro version with the IR camera and 12MP rear camera. Apparently not! Not sure what the relative sensor sizes are, but perhaps the 12MP camera has 4x the pixel area that the 48MP one does, as low-light photos from it that I've seen don't look too bad. My S61 was submerged many times, those sprinkler and mist tests certainly didn't push its limits! It did finally die in a kayaking incident last week, though it was getting older and the SIM/SD door seal was probably no longer up to spec. Certainly leaps and bounds better than the S60 with that rear trap door that went straight into the motherboard and would pop open if you dropped it wrong! Glad to see the S62 did away with the other doors for the USB and headphone as they were liabilities too.
You sound like someone for whom the phone was made for sure! I've never been a fan of port covers and doors for exactly that reason - they can pop up. The sim tray has a door, but it's obviously not meant to be used very often. In retrospect, I wish I coulda pushed the phone harder in the durability area, but this is the first durable phone I've tested in like 4 years, so I'll get better at it ;). Thanks for the comment!

0:30 Meanwhile I've literally never had a phone with multiple cameras even though I'm a camera enthusiast
crazy! I mean, THESE multiple cameras aren't awesome, but there are some that are!
does it have a thermal camera?
This does not but the Pro model does
Does it have android auto? Decent Bluetooth connectivity?
It has been a while since I used it, but I don't recall any connectivity issues. Should support Android auto as far as I know.
Nice thank u
Thank you too
