Hi Jesse! My rule is, as long as the items are handmade by you, it's perfectly fine, to sell them or donate them. I just don't feel comfortable with people using my patterns in mass production and making finished items in big big amounts especially if they are getting the pattern for free and selling the finished items. I spend days, weeks or sometimes even months to design a pattern. I just think it's not ok. Especially if I don't get any recognition or compensation for my work. 😊
