to the beginners, although this does seem complicated, take it slowly. remember that the size of your crochet hook can change the size of the stitch, making it bigger or smaller (because the stitches will be tighter with the 4mm and a little looser with the 4.5mm). if you use a DK (double knit) yarn, with a 4mm hook, and then again with a 4.5mm hook, your bootie will be bigger with the 4.5mm hook. so, take note of what size hook is being used and what thickness of yarn.
:)
I've just made these for a friend of mine who is pregnant and she loved them - she cried! Thank you so much for sharing these!

Thank you! I’m 11 years old and when I checked out this video it didn’t seem hard at all, I’m not a beginner and I’m making this for my little brother he’s 3 months old
Thank you for your patience and tutorial. I had a hard time make it before but yours is easy to follow
What a great tutorial!!!! I am a beginner still learning the terms and I was able to follow through, with the wording up top and how you left the pace slow for at least the first couple stitches! This was fantastic!!! I still have a hard time reading patterns so this made it much more understandable. Thank you so much!!! Please continue doing these tutorials your are great at them!
Thank you so much for your sweet comment! :)
by far the most explicit and easiets tutorial..... thank you
Thank you so much for taking the time to do your tutorials I also bought the pattern so it is so good to see the tutorial to help me as I follow the pattern ... so cute love them 💜

YES! I already made it just like your! I am already in love those little shoes. Guess somebody have a baby fever ☺️😊. You made it very clear in this video. Thank you for your time and show us how to make them. You did 💯% keep it up!!!!
Thank you for this video. The instructions were perfect, I had no problems with them. I do think it might be for the more experienced crochet persons though. I really did like it.
Thank you for the lovely tutorial! Your directions are so easy and perfect! And I love the beautiful pattern! Thank you 🌷
Thanks so much 🥰
These baby booties are lovely, thanks for sharing this free pattern! I still have to improve my crochet technique, mine aren't so cute like yours but I´m doing progress.
Thank you so much for the pattern. I made these for my newborn , and it has been perfect.🥰🥰
I've tried other patterns and the booties are always way too big even after adjusting yarn weight and hook size but this one is spot on! Thank you for sharing!
It's the exact opposite for me, my baby is 4 months old but his feet are 11cm so I am struggling to find a good pattern that will fit him.
Excellent thaks, precious beautiful!!!
Hello,vi love all your baby shoes 😀 they all so pretty 😋 & your tutorials are very easy to follow 💜 thank you Erica x

They are so Cute! Thank you for sharing!
it was just easy and awesome.. I am going to try this.. thank you so much dear
Beautiful slippers and great tutorial!
I downloaded the video and printed the pattern, as I began working on the sole I noticed there were some difference in the number of stitches at ends. Which is correct? The video or the written pattern??
Made many of these booties. The written one is very different from the video! The video is great and correct, but the written one is not so correct. That is my opinion.

She did add the written pattern in the description box incase any of you are having trouble following along. I loved these 😊 I made them for a little boy. I used a 4.25 mm hook G/6 hook. I got a 4in.sole. it's a good size for a 3-6m old.
Beautiful pattern used. Thanks!
This is the best pair of booties.Your instructions are perfect, I will certainly make one. Thank you.
Thank you for your tutorial. I just made them for my sister-in-law. She is expecting her first baby.

Very well explained.Where it gets comlocated I wished the video was less fast. And I would like to know after every round how many crochets we have.
I love this video. It is the best one out there for baby booties. Thank you so much!!!!
Thanks! :)
these are so adorable!! very well designed
Thanks! :)
Wonderful, you are so good at teaching
Thanks! 😊
Beautiful colours
I just found your channel. I like the idea of placing a marker! And thank you for the written pattern
I had to redo the shoes a couple of times because the numbering didn't come out right, I think after every round you should say how many stiches we should end up with so we can get a better result😊
maybe your error was on the beginning of each roll... if you look closely, the number of stitches is always the same... the trick is that once you start at the first stitch you should jump the last one... so the starter point will always be the same.... hope it helps!
I gave up.
i agree she did not count
I agree with you. I think It will help a lot if she mentions the number of stiches at the end of each round. I am doing the count myself. Iam having a little trouble with the strap. She start at stich 11 and sc in the next 2. My trouble is should I count the 11 stich as first one or the first one sc as 1.
pat Bosher , Hi I was doing the count on each round. Upper part Round 1 ( 44). R2 (44). R3 ( 38). R4( 32). R5( 27). I hope it helps to finish the project.
Thank you ويسلمو ايديكي ❤
Thank you so much for your tutorial. Love it! Cute and nice...I have made it as a gift. It was my first time crocheting baby booties and I think the strap part is a little tricky for me.😁
Very beautiful!
Thank you! 😊
Thank you baby, your work is beautiful, kisses.
Love your patterns and your videos...thank you!
Muchísimas gracias por compartir sus conocimientos del tejido. Qué Díos los bendiga !!!
lindos, no tengo bebés pero más me encantan los amigurumis para mis sobrinos, gracias linda, están bellos, besitos😘😘
If you click on the top right of the video, you will then see three dots click on these, then you will see playback speed option. Hope this helps !, you can make it slower or faster. Great pattern thank you for sharing. 😊
Is it bigger hook for bigger size or is it more stitches please?
@ Croby patterns …..I tried slip stitching all around the loops outside the sole and it was faster too & looks like it was patterned that way…lol ..If you want to try it that way …
I’m starting on my 2nd bootie now. For a dr and his wife(she’s a lawyer)
I made a loop stitch vest for their soon to be baby boy and this looks good with it thanks for your upload.
Very cute, I love it.... thank you.
Great tutorial, thank you so much!

i like the video it's so helpful but i have a question how can i get a shoes with a bigger size thank you ^^
I hope you can answered this question I have been wanting to know.....When making baby clothes do you always have to use the baby yarn....or can I use any yarn?...Would it not be soft enough if I do not use the baby yarn offered in the stores...the colors are so limited....thank you in advance for reply and for sharing your talent.
Thanks you.
I like the pace on your crochet. My shoes came out beautiful. I did struggle with the strap. How did you turn the chain so the right side would be facing out?love your videos.
Hi, thank you for sharing this tutorial! I don't understand how the stitches look so perfect to you... when I do the decreases at the front part of the boot I get litle holes...my boot doesn't look so perfect as yours :( do you have any advice? Thank you in advance!
+Mercedes Espinosa I would try with thicker yarn. :-)
Croby Patterns
@@CrobyPatterns What about smaller hooks? I have the same problem.
Wow !! I just found your channel and I am so excited to see all your awesome tutorials !! 15th grand baby on the way.. He needs warmie feets !! I have subscribed !! Thank you for all your efforts in creating these darling items and sharing the patterns and tutorials .. !!! : >
good evening, I would like to ask you if we don't have crochet hook no. 3.25 what other crochet hook can we use instead of the one with number 3.25
Hi, This video shoes the sole being made with 5HDC in the last chain of the first side and 3HDC into the last stitch of round 1. The sole video shows 6HDC in the last chain of the first side and 2HDC into the last stitch of the round. What difference do these make and what one is best to use? x
Hallo.. Terimakasih videonya.. Saya akan mempraktekkannya. Semoga berhasil..
The tutorial was amazing!!!
Please can u tell what are the changes if the child is a year old.
I am planning on making these for my boyfriend's cousin who's turning 1 soon!!
Cute
So cute!
exelente la explicacion!!! gracias
Hi these are so cute! I tried, but because I'm left handed, I wasn't able to finish it! ;( . I couldn't figure out how to adapt from the flip for left handed. Would you be so kind and explain how to do it the left handed way please?
perfecta explicación, y muy bonitas botitas
Nice cute one 👶😮
❤️ Thats cool ❤️
Great video.
Preciosos!
Beautiful bravo mis 👍🇬🇷🇬🇷🇬🇷✈️💞💕💕😄😄😄
Awesome like always
I'm having such difficulty between this video and the written pattern. In the video you say to do 5 hdc into the last stitch in the first round of the sole, and in the written pattern it says to put 6 hdc into the last stitch in the first round of the sole. I followed the written pattern the second time around and knew immediately after a few rows in something wasn't right. It looked larger than the first sole and as I continued with the written pattern, the stitch count was out once I reached the first hdc tog round. I love these booties, but it would help heaps if you could fix these issues.
Edit - Just noticed that during the steps for the strap, you say to do 24 hdc for the last round, but on the screen it says 22 hdc....
Hi Howl and thanks for letting me know. I will look into it and do my best to fix the mistakes. 😊
Hello! Thankyou for the wonderful tutorial. May I ask what's the size/measurement of the shoes please? Thankyou ❤
Th finished sole should for the 0 - 6 months should be around 9.5 cm/ 3.75 inches. 😊
this is so cute😍😍 can you please share the pattern for 9-12 months old?
Hi if I have size 4 yarn, will I be able to make the pattern in same size?
Thank you for sharing
Thank you so beautiful 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🌹🌹🌹
So cute)Thanks!
pink hook
very nice tutorial
MY SHOES TURNED OUT AMAZING AND I M GONNA GIFT IT TO MY COUSIN THANKS A LOT
Plz mam post some tutorial for ladies crochet slippers . I like all ur baby bootie patterns. Keep it up
Thank you for your sharing. Do you have an illustration?
Thank you so very much for sharing. Like others I too found it a bit hard to follow along and had to keep rewinding sections of the video to catch what you were saying and doing in places. I'd like you to slow down a little especially in tricky spots. And it would help if you repeat instructions at least once. It's great you include written directions too. That helps but I think your videos would be improved if you went a little slower and explained more. Thanks for the cute baby shoe. Love it!
Blue Whale Pattern is one of my older videos, I think I go much slower in my newer tutorials. And if the tutorial is still too fast, RUclips has this option in the right corner or the video, if you click on the Settings, called Speed, where you can make the video go a few times faster or slower. :)
Excelente los zapaticos son hermosos pero el vídeo va ha veces muy rápido y yo quiero aprender . Gracias .
These are too cute!
Beautiful 🥰🥰
Hello great tutorial! May I ask what is the size/measurement of the shoes you made? And for how old baby?
The finished sole should for the 0 - 6 months should be around 9.5 cm/ 3.75 inches. 😊
Pięknie, super 👍😊
hi on row 6 do you hdc in ss or not?
when making the right shoe thee part where you have to hdc 22
Ss does not count as a stitch unless otherwise stated in the pattern. The Ss is just a joining stitch and I do not use it as a stitch. :)
Is the base for left and right shoe same? Only the belt position changes?
The only difference between the left and right shoe is in the strap. 😊
O I know people call things different from different place but when you said start with a magic ring I got nervous and was about to not even look at the video because I have a hard time with those plus I didn't understand why a magic ring for booties but when you started I understood. What U did is called a slip knot, not a magic ring. Going to get my yarn on Friday. THANK U.
Thanke you very much
