Jamaica real estate does not go by the rise and fall as in other countries. For the past 70 years real estate has gone only in one direction, up. Never ever has there been a dip. That's why it's a solid investment. Unlike some other countries that every 15 or so year there's a crash.
Blessings Empress, love the tour and the sights. Lots of Jamaicans in the diaspora are looking to retire back home. Right now the condo & housing crisis in Florida makes Jamaica a good retirement destination for some people, maybe thats why the prices don't drop. Ochi is called little Miami and money flows through there so I am not surprised. I do want a place to plant my garden and fruit trees( a we seh food as medicine). Curious that I didn't see a lot of Solar panels given the cost of Energy in Jamaica and the JPS complaints. Thank you again for the video and best of wishes going forward.
