Charlotte's skyline is so compact. I would like to see it sprawl out a little more. Still a beautiful city. Would love to visit one of these days. Amd what in the world is that truck doing at, at 21:40. Lol.
Yea you are right. It’s a very beautiful skyline but it is compact. They have plans on spreading a lot of the skyline around with future high rises going up outside of the main cluster of towers
The best thing I did was leave this city its nothing to do boring, I live in Hallandale Beach which is next Miami and Hollywood Beach the night life is amazing and its always some were to go and enjoy yourself.
Miami nightlife may be better buy my quality of life is 10x better in Charlotte than miami. If you think theres nothing to do in Charlotte then you're probably a boring person who doesn't do anything beyond go to nightclubs
@@spainspare There are 17 buildings between 400 ft and 871 ft. there are 3 new ones and 2 being built that are way above that not listed yet. So yes, a 400 ft building would be lost in that easily. Idk why you used 600 ft as a reference to 400 but a difference of 200 feet is huge. A 400 ft tower in Charlotte wouldn’t add anything to the skyline at all. There are cities much bigger than Charlotte that don’t have buildings as tall as even the 600 ft ones.
@@eaglei0n of course it wouldn't stand out. the city already has lot of buildings that are 300 - 588 ft but adding 4 to 5 more 400 ft buildings would definitely add to the skyline.
@@spainspare the city has like a total of 20 OVER 400 ft. 2 over 600 under construction now . 4 or 5 more 400” ft. Buildings wouldn’t make much of a difference is my point. 400ft. Isn’t that tall.
Naw every since last year when the virus hit alot of people don't work downtown and work from home, the clubs etc aren't packed as they were. It's picked back up alittle but not like we're use to seeing it. I'm from here
The actual population of uptown Charlotte residences is 35,900. That’s a load of people. that’s not including the people who work there. The problem is the business are shut down still. It’s a domino affect. The not all of the offices are letting people come back in yet, so the businesses lose the office worker money. They can’t survive on the residence money alone so they shut down. Now there’s nothing to do. So people travel outside of the city or just stay home. It’s going to take some time for it to recover . Charlotte was a very crowded and bustling city pre Covid. It’ll get back
@@ionosphereproductions7850 Not to mention the Epicenter being all but vacant now. Went by yesterday while working on my move in and could count the number of businesses open on one hand.

Queen City 👍👍👍
This city is above my expectations. Impressed...

I thought I was the only one that thought of that. I wonder if Charlotte has like an uptown and Midtown
I have always wondered about Charlotte. It is a wonderful city. Thanks for Sharing.
Gotta live here soon. Thanks for the video.

lol, people comparing Charlotte nightlife to Miami's is absolutely ridiculous.

When charlotte add about 4to5 more office build 400 feet in height it really gone look more like a big metro city
You wouldn’t even be able to hardly see a 400 ft building in the middle of that skyline
@@eaglei0n Charlotte has only 4 buildings over 600 ft so a 400 ft building won't be completely invisible

i like the aqua blue color theme of the city. Why'd the city pick that color?
I am thinking about moving to Charlotte. Would you recommend it?
Yeah, highly recommend, one of the best cities in southeast.
A lot of beauty but also a lot of empty streets. I heard it’s because people may work downtown but nobody lies downtown.
Naw every since last year when the virus hit alot of people don't work downtown and work from home, the clubs etc aren't packed as they were. It's picked back up alittle but not like we're use to seeing it. I'm from here
Everyone’s still working online
60000 people live downtown, it’s still a pandemic, or this is early morning, traffic is a nightmare around mid day-evening

çok guzel yerler :)
What is the average rent in Charlotte for a small flat?
You should be able to find a 1-bedroom apt for $1000-$1400 (some go up to $1800). Studios tend to be around the $1000 mark.
A nice studio in south end will run u about 1100+ that’s the cheapest I’ve seen them
Is this for a Hispanic to live in and there’s lot of warehouses jobs there. ?
Muq
you're driving way too fast dude.....slow down....let us soak in the city
