I love a great adjustment but I had surgery recently on my neck. I had my C 4, 5, 6, and 7 fused. After a bad accident, I was forced to. Question is, can I get adjusted still except that area? I'm still healing and trying to walk better. My neck is actually able to turn and is improving but i def feel stuck. Im able to loosen the area above and below but not all the time. I'm still taking pain meds though they don't seem to work much. Before all this happened, I danced, jazzercise, weightlifting, and mtn biking were my physical activities. Plus I was misdiagnosed as diabetic. I was very suspicious esp when I never got blood sugar tester. Even asked several times. My tests after taking a pill med showed i was fine but he actually didn't say i was, but a neurologist I had to see stated I was. The meds made me gain 80 lbs. When I had .y surgeries (2) front and back, the hospital tested me several times a day, and in the nursing home, I wasn't on the diabetic medication the whole time. Only 1x my sugar spiked, the nurse odviously chose not to hear me and went to grab insulin to inject me. I stopped her and told her again, retest me in an hour, I just ate and they didn't give me what I requested. I don't eat white enriched wheat... well not if I can get an organic whole grain, or the like. They gave me a ham sandwich on white bread. It was an excellent ham, lean cut not the processed ham. Plus they didn't put tomatoes or spinach as requested. I swap out stuff that don't have much nutritional value. And try to stay organic too.. for the most part Keto but love to eat paleo combo? Lol.. i drink keratin and tons of Omegas prescribed by that same neurologist. Well anyway i called my GP to retest me. He refused, then i realized I was in the nursing home and they have a staff dr in charge while I am there. I asked the nurse, she msged that dr which approved and retested me. The day he was suppose to tell me, was the day I had to check out. He was only there 1 day a week and the test came back the week before on his day there but he couldn't see me. Anyhow, I had stopped the meds.. never restarted them either. I had acupuncture done which worked great too.. I was at a church in San Diego, offered it after i twisted my knee. I had never had knee issues though I had surgery on 1 but I had a leg longer and grew faster. They stopped the growth by surgery on the growth plates. Once i got into biking and jazzercise, my knees were strong. I was in so much pain, drs wanted surgery and I say the acupuncturist 3x just for it alone. Only thing I had to do is practice to walk normal vs protecting it. They started on my back too. It improved so much to almost no meds.. maybe 1x a day. I was literally about to become a quadriplegic though from my xrays. Warned not to whip my head like quick stops in car. I had a nightmare of bullshit to get my surgery done. I was actually approved before TRUMP took office. Suddenly, either every dr are insurance leaching trash or due to TRUMP, my surgeries kept being put off. It was always.. 1 more thing.. after testing and retesting over n over... my pain dr recommended a dif surgeon, suddenly once he got my xrays n all.. I was in surgery within a month. As soon as i got out of the nursing home, i get mail stating my insurance is cut off, blah blah blah...it took 2 months to get it fixed and that was expedited. I would have changed insurance if I could and keep my drs. I just needed to get back on so i can do my .. in home care. .. well the best i can. My son works Ft, I'm now disabled and we are homeless. Long story but then we returned to California. He got work but we can't afford housing. Many ppl like us live in a motel and auto. To allow my son to sleep, we do what we can. I use to trade cleaning for an apt/condo plus salon, college etc and raise my son. We don't smoke, drink or drugs, well not prescribed atleast. Ppl live out of Tesla's, beamers and Mercedes here... we aren't on skid row.. Grosssssz.
Why have you stopped doing livestreams, Corrina? It cannot be out of financial reasons, since even homeless people livestream and earn a living from donations! I liked the streams, they helped me a lot!!!
It is financial. YT has slashed our income this last year and I only had 1 or 2 people ever leave me a tip in livestream, so we can't afford for me to take a day off of filming videos to livestream-- that said I try to do them when I can! Follow our FB/Insta to find out when they are :)
Sad thing is I would love to follow on Facebook and Instagram. But then my family would find out. This is the flaw of social media. They think we want to share everything. We don't.
