I've been to see a chiropractor like, 10 days ago and OMG ! 👌🙏 It was amazing and she has been able to fixed YEARS of back discomfort and hip pain. I've got some exercices to do but i feel so relieved !! 😊
TheGreenDee how many times are going to have to see this chiropractor? I have been interested in seeing one but I don't know if I could keep up with the visits
Megan Blodgett : ive been there just once and she told me to come back if my back or hips starts to hurt again. she gave me exercises to do to prevent the pain. I'm thinking of going back in a month or two because my hips are still causing me pain :(
No i wouldnt because you cant tell where someone is hurting by pressing their arm LOLOL. Im sorry you believe this garbage. Just because someone tells you it works and just because its in a book doesnt make it true. Im sorry you have a naive mind.
Feel free to follow wiki's sources: According to their guidelines on allergy diagnostic testing, the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology stated there is "no evidence of diagnostic validity" of applied kinesiology.[2] Another study has shown that, as an evaluative method, AK "is no more useful than random guessing",[3] and the American Cancer Society has said that "scientific evidence does not support the claim that applied kinesiology can diagnose or treat cancer or other illness".

My body feels stiff and weak so maybe it would be a good thing to see a practitioner but the idea of cracking bones freaks me the hell out 😨
bythe pavilion : it does not crack that much and i promise you it "hurt" just for a second and after that you'll feel much better :)
