Doctors se jugad hona chahiye bus pharma business me like giving them the cut price in medicine. if you did it, you cracked it. There gose hospital cut, doctors cut. So they will write your medicine. I tried to do pharmacy business, got the setbacks by demands of as much as 50% cut.

In India average salary for Pharma research scientist is 8 LPA to 10 LPA. Glenmark and Lupin pay highest package ranging from 13 LPA to 16 LPA.
