What Sh.Ratan Sharda has posted on X is true? I was like really Ranveer said this?? You really think Hindus are WHITE GUY and Privileged? And minorities are scared of us? Really? If it is true then let me tell you not all of us are born with silver spoon like you dear. Especially middle class category. Because you have no idea what middle class Parents sacrifice. Their own personal dreams and wishes. Because there is no financial support we get from govt or religious institute. Our children do hardwork day night. They dont have luxury to play the game of threatening others. And about fear of minorities, if it is true than there would have bn no Kanahaiya Lal, Dliber Negi, Amit Sharma, Nikita Tomar, Dr Narang, W Bengal riots. There is more than 100 case reported unreported where Hindus The White Boy of India got mercilessly butchered/girls rapeed and nobody bothers. See how Privileged we are.If you want to talk on this topic then just don't sit in your comfortable ac studio , come out and research and do homework. If it is hard for you and you are an honest person, really want to discuss it then Invite Swati Goel Sharma. God bless.
I stayed in China for a month. Their smallest cities are way better than the best areas of Delhi and Mumbai. It disheartens me to see my beloved country so far behind China. Agree or don’t, one thing is clear, India’s only chance at trying to become like China is if we have an effective Communist regime or a Dictatorship. Too much politics in India will ruin it. We need intense discipline in our people and super fast implementation of things.
Well right now the only chance is to keep BjP in the center as they are only ones doing it no change of govt should be in center for continuous 20 yrs for regular growth stable govt is necessary
I have a dream from class 9th to build mobile phone or hardware like things in our country and i always tell my friends and family that China is way a ahead they don't waste time in being cool and all that stuff. They solve core problems by manufacturing at mass level we need something similar, i will definitely try to do something like that in Hardware.
He is talking like Swami Vivekananda - " We lack Pride as a Nation ". Brilliant podcast. Full of real Truth bombs no matter how much Ranveer tried to turn it around by calling Chinese "dehumanised " or "top down approach", this man had an answer. I would say he is the real Patriot.
this man has changed my view permanently about lot of things...... and as a indian i admire that abhi hum bhut piche ground reality pr bhut kam baki h...
Currently i m pursuing btech from electrical eng. My all friends say bhai computer science. Le boom hai yeh woh hai software banao but my always view to do manufacturing i know currently IT sector me job but I have change that trend and after seeing this video definitely I will .. Thanks to Ranveer for this great podcats ❤
Most brutally honest podcast. India needs to do a lot to cover the difference with China. Indeed I checked the time difference between Beijing and Shanghai and Delhi Mumbai. Mind boggling.
Latest news.Just last night. BYD has launched two latest PHEV hybrid cars equipped with DMI 5.0 technology. The engine thermal efficiency has reached 46%. Achieved an ultra-low fuel consumption of 2.9 liters per 100 kilometers. Full fuel and full battery can drive continuously for 2100 kilometers. Most importantly, the selling price of these two cars is only 99800 RMB which means 13737USD or 1140736 INR
Plz bring Shashank Bhai again as he is a realist and has stirred an ocean of Podcasts. As he said your job is to distribute the conversations and ideas!!😊Great job!!
This podcast ki baate hi Bharat ki asli growth hai ! Be in manufacturing help others to grow in manufacturing ! Make OEM Culture in India. Indians should not dream for becoming Engineering /MBA/Doctor Degree holder but should dream to be OEM of various components and products. I love to hear him as true ground level knowledge.
This guy is very very true and we need a manufacturing hub center likes china because "IT" job do not create value in the economic sense rather infra and mechanical jobs with industry 4.0 could be the answer for the industrial revolution in India. India and Indian should respect jobs which they think are of low society standard and need to have more practical application as student of mechanical engineering i feel your society thinks this jobs "मजदूरe" its so said.
The irony is when India was closed to foreign companies, we could have built a manufacturing ecosystem, but now its a necessity and its tough to compete as we lag behind and be cost competitive. Good insights - lacking pride in work, civilization, short term thinking, not building ecosystem.
Please bring him again brother.... this podcast blew my mind... Sooo eye opening, so many truth bombs....so much awareness... And I think it was just 2% of him.... Please bring him back again and bring people like him. Request 🙏
Shashank sir demonstrated a keen understanding of the current trends and challenges facing the manufacturing sector. His analysis was not only thorough but also forward-thinking, providing valuable perspectives on potential future developments. It was evident that he stays abreast of the latest industry advancements, which added a dynamic and contemporary element to his presentation.
This is such a brilliant perspective. We often find ourselves engrossed in software and sourcing things from outside, lost in misguided realities and not seeing the bigger picture of how India can speed up its journey to becoming a developed country. Loved it. Certainly inspired me. ❤
Truth bombs dropped! Hum mahan nahi, shahrukh ne sahi bola tha, but ho sakte hain future main...kaise? Production mindset lana hoga, win-win thought process chahiye aur bahut sara hard and smart work..! Great job Ranveer!
Great eye opener for India....our political class, financial system, manufacturing processes, encouraging innovation and dominating the world, supply chain effectiveness, pricing power, infra structure development need to be redefined ....just distributing freebies is not the solution for the nation to progress.
brilliant podcast! I can resonate with everything he said about china. People don't realize the level of infrastructure in that country, I stayed in a tier 3 city for 8 months and I was blown away by it. and I couldn't agree more on the need for manufacturing upgrades in India along with development of pride among all skill sets.
Sanshank dixit I don't even know how knowledgeable he is. I'm glad to hear about your visionary though about india and world. 😮😮 Ranbeer bhai we need 1 more pordcast with dixit bhai 😊❤🎉🎉
We are also a small producer of fabricated products like Aluminium Door, windows, etc. And we know how much skill, knowledge and hardwork is required for doing that. But some people treat our workers like lower level class work. So if it is a mind set than India we will never be a developed country. You know what is the irony here in India, that hard working people are not given respect and those who earn through the wrong way are given respect😢
Respect from China. I have been in electronic industry for 1 year. Honestly I don’t really that into India market because I was in different industries. However I can truly feel the fast development of electronics industry in India now. Rome can’t be built in one day, just keep going.
He is absolutely right. Nowadays people from other Engineering branches and streams are also applying for software jobs coz they don't have jobs in their industry. Colleges don't know how to teach Mechanical, Civil and Electrical subjects to the students, practical labs are filled with 100 years old junk equipment. Students doesn't know basic things after completing 4 years of undergraduation. And nobody is working towards improving that.
Refreshing ground reality content.. Feel aagya bilkul😅.. Resonated with some of my thoughts about future of Indian business which is not in software but hardware👏👏... On a ligher note seeing Ranveer listening like a focused student controlling his urge to speak out seemed funny though 😂
I have ran factory at Shenzhen 18, we Indian caring Vibhishan DNA and never going to work as team. Now I moved all setup at Japan and willing to help any Indian Hindu 🙏🏾
Ranveer had a question: How can I use my power of distribution to promote Indian manufacturing. Suggestion: Just like Perplexity was highlighted in this episode, every episode can have a 2 min section where 1 indian product can be highlighted to users. This can be done in the form of a sponsor(most podcasts have sponsors) or any other similar method! Can maybe offer discounted rates to Indian manufacturers for the paid sponsor!
Finally this guest on your podcast have visited the China . Earlier i use to think how can they even say that India can compete with china or even vietnam.

Best part of this guy is his straightforward, upfront talks and entirely focused on only the productive , manufacturing and constructive thinking n mindset, seedhi baat no bakwass...brilliant guy .

He really told the truth .....we must Realise our Position and our need to work on it rather than just being proud of the development that has just started which country like china passed several years ago.....we do a little work and enjoy the view in other countries they think for the next step and this step is taken in India very slowly......Very sad but true but yes with discussion like this and realizzation we Can Coz India has a great potential❤
This was one of the most interesting and thought provoking podcast. I often wonder what business options we have or need in India and this was on point. I didn’t wanted this to end Ranveer! More power to you and thank you for bringing this to us.
Hi RANVEER I truly wish that the Indian Ethos shifts towards core manufacturing and innovation. U can be contributing more towards this change…… Hope u delve more into this Conversations along with solutions can be the next step and speaking to the right power house with solutions can be a shift and a small step towards this change
He is absolutely right.. India doesn't have dignity of labour... we citizens need to change our mentality towards our fellow indians... when I went to China, I had been to Guangzhou and Shenzen .. and then I've realised that ground reality is china is indeed way ahead culturally and business sense wise... only those of us who've been to these places will give genuine respect to chinese growth. I'm glad Modi is a visionary leader but unless we citizens support his vision of developing India sustainably, I'm sorry to say more and more of us will be frustrated and look for opportunities outside.. my personal opinion is that somehow, the people and the state politics need to change rapidly for growth...

It's very important ki manufacturing badhani chahiye. Hum log services ka itna bambal machate hain ki uske aage kuch dikta hi nahi hain.real activity make world not virtual. 👍

Using Google Maps, the total distance from New Delhi to Mumbai is 1,426 kilometers and takes 23 hours and 21 minutes. The total distance from Beijing to Shanghai is 1,214 kilometers and takes 12 hours and 7 minutes. The distance difference is 212 kilometers, and the time required is 9 hours and 14 minutes. During this time, vehicles from Beijing to Shanghai have returned and are about to reach their destination.
Gu Ge is a calculated highway, like a high-speed railway, it only takes four and a half hours. The Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway has a speed of 350 km per hour. Recently, China has announced that it will launch a mobile train with a speed of 450 km per hour, which means it will take only 2.5 hours from Beijing to Shanghai, compared to just 10 minutes for an airplane!
Very thoughtful provoking episode. I just loved his theme " Indians need to have a conversation " and "take pride in working and producing something "... and both these need to be towards building a strong nation and a strong character
Quite meaningful podcast, whatever he said is true, we need to make India a manufacturing hub & learn from China instead of hating it. On lighter note Guest need to eat less, he was almost burping during talk😊

@@Tea-oz4iy hi, bro, although you are not rich, but you own the freedom and democracies
Le boom hai yeh woh
hai software banao but my always view to do manufacturing i know currently IT sector me job but I have change that trend and after seeing this video definitely I will ..
Thanks to Ranveer for this great podcats ❤
Best of luck
Most brutally honest podcast. India needs to do a lot to cover the difference with China. Indeed I checked the time difference between Beijing and Shanghai and Delhi Mumbai. Mind boggling.
Yeah I also
Time difference is around 12 hours 🙃
Yes 12 hrs ..to put it in perspective .. it's half .. i.e. china is 100 % faster than us .. compounding effect of 100% faster is immense ..

And I think it was just 2% of him....
Please bring him back again and bring people like him. Request 🙏
兄弟,一位西方政客说过,你们虽然贫穷落后,但是你们拥有民主和自由啊。没必要再追求经济发展了,让美国人来印度掠夺你们的财富好了。
Absolutely love Sphinx! Nice podcast and love the interaction, definitely one of my favorites!
Glad you enjoy it!
Wow!! This is such a fresh new voice, new perspective - very good conversation.
Plz bring in more entrepreneurs Ranveer.. loving this TRS in 2024
This is such a brilliant perspective. We often find ourselves engrossed in software and sourcing things from outside, lost in misguided realities and not seeing the bigger picture of how India can speed up its journey to becoming a developed country. Loved it. Certainly inspired me. ❤
Watched TRS for the first time because of Sphinx. Great insights. Hope there will be more similar guests.

What an amazing and insightful guest! Would love to see him again Ranveer bhai

I hope the govt. is listening to his ideas and help make changes in ease of doing business. India has a long way to go. 😊

What a lovely podcast it was ❤
Ranveer had a question: How can I use my power of distribution to promote Indian manufacturing.
After almost 6 month a good poadcast appear🔥

again a fantastic podcast!!! Best thing about it is it's not just focusing on problems, but on solutions manly! Keep it up Ranveer and team. Hungry for many more such videos.
After Ashneer Grover this guy seems like the Real Dhande wala banda for this era.

What an amazing conversation. I hope somehow it reaches to the people who matter in the government. 👏
I just finished watching this podcast, and it was one of the most valuable podcasts on all of your RUclips channels. 10/10
Ranveer has done and is still doing a great job out there. God this guy is such an inspiration 🙏 I'm following him since the start of this journey and have seen him grow over the years. It's MY DREAM now to work at his company and I'll try to do anything and everything to make this happen 🧿💞✨🙏
Such a genuine and pure man, would love to see another episode with him. ❤
Loved 1. Produce/ Manufacture 2. Perplexity 3. Clusters for production.
I am a manufacturing entrepreneur & completely agree with it.
This was one of the most interesting and thought provoking podcast. I often wonder what business options we have or need in India and this was on point. I didn’t wanted this to end Ranveer! More power to you and thank you for bringing this to us.
Agreed
ASML is the only company which makes lithography machines not due to low margins but due to complexity of this machine and R&D required.
Hi RANVEER
I truly wish that the Indian Ethos shifts towards core manufacturing and innovation.
U can be contributing more towards this change……
Hope u delve more into this
Conversations along with solutions can be the next step and speaking to the right power house with solutions can be a shift and a small step towards this change
Such a wise Indian, China welcomes you
I have been there and lived for 2 yrs in China.. Ye banda ne bilkul sahi bola hai.. Aisi Infrastructure duniya mein kahin nahi hai.. Period.
Hey Ranveer , great work buddy ..I watch all you business and entrepreneur related podcasts. These all podcasts are more than enough to get know what happening in today’s Indiaa..Thankkkk youuuuu for all these…

北京上海之间,坐火车会比较方便一些。
It only takes 4.5 hours by train
Finally we have someone who is talking the truth and giving importance to Manufacturing.
Quite meaningful podcast, whatever he said is true, we need to make India a manufacturing hub & learn from China instead of hating it. On lighter note Guest need to eat less, he was almost burping during talk😊
