Same ! You can do it! Best wishes to you!
Wow this video came out at the right time. Today's the first day of my dental assisting program. The program I'm in is just 12 weeks. Classes are once a week.
MC I start a 14 week program in January. Report back how it goes.
Good luck!!!
Good luck to both of you!
Steffers 71914 Sure thing! :)
dentalelle Thank you!
Hi I just started and I’m just like you first week feeling so lost! What was your best technique to remembering the teeth numbers without having to count to know what tooth lol
For me it was remembering which type of tooth goes with what number, for example all the canine tooth numbers and all of the premolar numbers, etc. I know this comment was from a year ago so i'm sure you got it down lol
I am planning to start dental assistant class your Video very help full but it looks like needs a lot of memories to do every thing I just thinking now if I will make it
Dagm Ermias you can do it! You have to start somewhere!
I know this video is a couple years old, but I wanted to know what are your thoughts on 10-12 week dental assistant programs? I understand your program was much longer, but how do you think what you learned throughout your months long program would translate to a condensed 10-12 week program? What type of program would you believe is more beneficial and efficient for dental assistant student, a 9-24 month program or a shorter 10-12 week program? I could only imagine I would have to solely focus on school and constantly keep my head in my textbooks even more with the shorter program. I would really appreciate your feedback and I enjoy your videos, they've help me get a better idea with dental assisting and the path to it.
Hmmm that program is very short! Im not sure you can get a dental assistant job after can you? Is it accredited program?
@@dentalelle I was worried about that. The 10 week school programs are approved and regulated by my state's Workforce Commission, which is an official government commission. There is also a state board of dental examiners for my state, but I did not find the 10 week program schools listed as board approved for certain courses such as X-ray certification or nitrous oxide monitoring courses.
I am planning on starting a dental assisting course this has helped me open my eyes on what to expect. How difficult is it to pass exam?
caroline kamugizi if you study, it’s not difficult :) and I can help!
@@dentalelle Thanks dentelle
It is not hard
