Relaxation, Natures therapy. This video is even pulling me in. Genesis 1 spoke about the garden of Eden. This is the garden of paradise. My Doctor friend from Tanzania keeps telling me to come as he will be taking me to an island. Going towards the end of the year as soon as I launch my RUclips channel.
Real estate is really picking up in Tanzania especially in Zanzibar. My cousin brought a condo off plan for a 100k. He put down 10k and was given 3 years to pay the full amount, which he did within 2yrs.
