My grandparents came from Tanzania and this year I really wanna visit TZ ( Dar es Salaam & Arusha) My late mom made us Tanzanian meals growing up we enjoyed. My dad banned us from going there after my 2brothers passed away whilst on holiday due to malaria in the early 2000s. I’m 24 now and I can travel by myself
Dar es Salaam has changed so much. I almost didn't recognize it. I lived there from 2005-2008 and really enjoyed my stay there. Tanzanians are very kind. I hope to visit it again some day ❤
We know you are a Tanzanian, stop flattering yourself! Anyone who has visited both cities will know it will take Tanzania forever to catch up with Nairobi
@ongattahjunior8234 seems you've never been outside Kenya, you're mind is very enclosed by say Nairobi is 2nd after Jburg😂 Please visit Cape Town, durban, Pretoria, marakesh, Cairo etc then come back to do that comparison, 100% sure you never been outside your country. 😂
that is a new development in Zanzibar. The land has been baren for year, with minimal vegetation, mainly just shrubs. You'll be amazed if you look at its CURRENT state.
Great video, thank you, but with some misleading data. I think that the religious demography of Dar, with Islam at 75% is incorrect. In fact, very inaccurate and far off. You got your data from Wikipedia. Anyone one can edit Wikipedia. According to World Population Review, the religious spread of Dar es Salaam is demarcated as follows;
Christianity - 61.4%, Islam - 35.2%, Indigenous religion - 1.8%, other - 0.2%, and unaffiliated - 1.4%. This is close to the U.S. Department of State data, that gives the religious spread of Dar es Salaam as follows;: Christianity - 63%, Islam - 34%, Indigenous religion - 1.8%, Other Religions - 5% This makes a lot of sense because these two align with the national religious data. As we know, the population of the capital city of a country is a representation of that nation's population. Therefore, for example, there would be more Wasukuma than Waha in Dar es Salaam by the simple fact that the Sukuma are the largest ethnic group in Tanzania. The national demographics are as follows (data from 2020): Christian 63.1%, Muslim 34.1%, folk religion 1.1%, Buddhist
remember that the most muslims are from the coast with Dar es salaam included and the data you included is most likely of whole of Tanzania and not dar only
@@skiisir1887 The data was STRICTLY for Dar es Salaam (city) and Tanzania (country), and not the coastal region. Everyone knows that the coastal region is predominantly Muslim but Dar is unique, and national. Dar is the capital city and a fair representation of the country. Therefore, in my last post, the last data is for the whole of Tanzania while the first two are for Dar es Salaam.
DUDE, you're lying. State Dept used Pew Research Data, and are for Tanzania and not Dar es Salaam. Likewise, the World Population Review report not only contradicts itself but they provide a link to the CIA's World Fact Book which, the religion part says "Christian 63.1%, Muslim 34.1%, folk religion 1.1%, Buddhist
Where did you get the data from. The last national population census conducted in Tanzania in 2022 didn't have a questionnaire on neither religion nor ethnic tribe. Did you facipulate the population data (facilitation by manipulation) toget your results?
@@abdulpagali7476 The data I cited are publicly available online and are from both local (Tanzanian) and International sources. They are NOT my results. The last results I cited were from the national religious data of 2020. Usiwe mzembe Abdul, fanya utafiti wako.
The BRT looks clean and orderly but it would be much better if the buses were built locally like in Nairobi's matatu/buses, its industrious and for the economy
Hello🐧🐧🐧🐕🐶, 🐦 God the Father loves you so much that He sent Holy and Sinless Jesus (His Holy Son) to earth to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on a cross for our sins. He was in the tomb for 3 days, then Father God raised Jesus Christ (Y'shua) to Life! He appeared to people and went back to Heaven. We must receive Jesus sincerely to be God's childJohn 1:12. "But as many as received Him, to them He gave power to become the sons of God, even to them that BELIEVE on HIS name." That is great news! Will you sincerely receive Holy, Lord Jesus into your life today

Can you provide an overview of the contribution of Asians in the GDP as that is what is directly related to any development seen? I am.afraid that you have some racist stereotyping by making reference to Asians, as there are many types of Asians in Tanzania; Nationals, expatriates, investors and businesses as well as diplomats! Which category are you referring at? What about other Africans and Europeans/ Americans? Talk of policies, investment climate etc.!

Matatus are antiquated thing of the past,BRT is modern and rapidly expanding.
Ok.but these Asias cant transfer Dar es salaam to their Asia countries Dar es salaam will remain in TZ forever.
Its beautiful but not more than Nairobi
No one talked about Nairobi news
Nairobi is dirty.
