Curry duck is my absolutely my favorite dish I just started using that Maggi seasoning and their coconut milk powder it's richer than the rest that use and that is no lie. can have some for lunch .

Curry stayed to long b4 adding water it will taste bitter...my 2 cents

Honestly we always leave the meat to fry a little in the curry before adding water so it wasn’t burning also was not bitter at all
