How to manually install Zotero Word processor plugin if Zotero toolbar is missing in Word

- The Zotero Word plugins will be installed automatically into Word for most users. But if after installing Zotero you cannot find the Zotero plugin or toolbar in your Microsoft Word or if the Zotero toolbar suddenly disappeared in Word kindly watch this video in order to manually install or restore the Zotero word processor plugin.

Please help. When I download PDFs directly into Zotero, the in-text citations are correctly formatted as author name plus year. However, when I use the Zotero Connector to capture PDFs, the in-text citations show the article title plus year. I would like to change this so that all citations are consistent in the author name plus year format in microsoft word. Could you please provide me with guidance on how to resolve this issue? Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

Please I can't find my user name in the users folder. My users folder has 2 folders with names - public and USER
Check in either of them, especially user. You probably have not not set up a user account with your Microsoft email (outlook address), that’s why you can’t see your user name.
If one cannot fine app data
To fine the app data, type « Zorero » in the search menu, when the app shows up, right-click on it and select « open location » and you will find the app data.
