    I loved this video so much, my number 1 issue with people that do these benchmark videos is that they never explain that real world usage and the testing environments are very different things in a way that the average user can relate to. When gaming I always have some music playing or a video going on my 2nd screen, when gaming on my I7 6700k I often had game stutters and slow downs, since getting a 3600 Ryzen chip every single game runs really smooth, my fps is not any higher, but there are no longer stutters or anything. You really summed up my own findings in your video and it is great to finally have a reviewer explaining these issues.

    • @Sinate_Gaming
      @Sinate_Gaming 5 лет назад +15

      @Calamity Absolutely, netflix going on my 2nd monitor, division 2 running on my main. With the 6700k it stuttered often, with the 3600 not a single stutter (with many chrome tabs open too). I am only detailing my experience, yours may be different.

    • @Sinate_Gaming
      @Sinate_Gaming 5 лет назад +18

      @Calamity I am happy for you :) perhaps your gfx card is inferior or your gfx settings are set lower, perhaps you play less intensive games. Either way, for how I use my PC the way I do I personally witnessed a big improvement moving from a 6700k to a 3600. My apologies if this is not what you want to hear.

    Don’t worry about the naysayers with short attention spans. If your thorough reviews are best served with long form videos that’s great. There are plenty of short reviews out there if that’s what they want. But they’ll never get the depth displayed here.

    • @muskokamike127
      @muskokamike127 4 года назад

      not really naysayers, or even short attention spans. Not everyone looks at computing and computers as a hobby unto itself. Some USE computers and are more interested in using them as opposed to building tweaking etc etc.
      I lived in a building and a buddy upstairs was more into building and tweaking a computer than actually using it as a computer.

      @@rubenmartins1912 I got 3900x and x570 on launch day. I had nothing but problems. My expensive ram had to be down clocked to remain stable(3 different ram kits tested), it was running far to hot(3 different coolers tested), was not even nearly reaching its single core boost speed, and the most annoying thing was random restarts even while at idle, i could go on with this list trust me. So after 2 weeks of many hours a day troubleshooting i returned it and got i9 9900k z390 its been rock solid 5ghz all core while actually running cooler, and i get the memory speed i paid for. I wanted to go AMD this time but stability is a thing and a quick google search shows i wasn't alone in my findings. (its funny that all reviewers got sent stable systems) I can put up with launch problems but there is a limit. Thats my experience, just saying.

    On the subject of multiplayer games testing:
    I think if you could articulate the perceived difference in frame pacing during the voiceover and back it up (at least a little) with 1% & 0.1% low performance that would be great. Maybe a frametime graph could portray the difference accurately? Idk. All I know is that I trust your opinion and I think your personal experience, although subjective, would add value to the discussion.

    • @C3lloman

    You talked about how smooth or good a game felt even at lower fps... this is more important then most people know and if you can find a way to show that off in a reviews for cpu's and gpu it will help make your channel stand out more i think. The little line graph helps with this 0.1% lows also help, maybe a graph showing off frame times if thats even possible. anyways great stuff going to be a very interesting next few years tech.

    If you do OC testing you have to do proper RAM OC for the Ryzen 3000 CPU's.
    Getting RAM to run at 1:1 3800MHz CL 15-15-15-21 with FCLK 1900 with manual OC (as shown in the LinusTechTips video) should easily push the high end Ryzen 3000 CPU's up to or even over the i9-9900K stock performance.
    If one goes all high end with all the OC, that should be something to consider for the Ryzen 3000 series.
    In case you haven't seen the LTT video, here it is with the timeline where you can see the RAM values used:
    ruclips.net/video/iHJ16hD4ysk/видео.htmlm4s
    I find it very interesting to see what you can tickle out of the Ryzen 3000 in CPU limit situations when you go all hardcore OC on RAM.

    Hi Mr Tech, can you make a video "How to clean a computer?" air compressor, or blower....

    • @Tallnerdyguy
      @Tallnerdyguy 5 лет назад +5

      it will depend ENTIRELY on your case. if you have dust filter, if they are removable, how they are removable, how your fans are configured, what size they are, how they are mounted to your case, what type of CPU cooler etc. Typically if you have dust filters, you remove them, rinse them with water, let dry out and replace. That is the reason for dust filters, is to filter out dust :)
      If you don't?
      Buy compressed air, take out as many fans as you can and blow the dust/dirt/grime off. Use a lint free microfiber cloth if some of the dust is really stuck on there. also use the air on the inside where the motherboard and components are. 2 very important tips:
      1. DO NOT get the can very close, as the air coming out of the canister can get very very cold.
      2. Make sure your system is powered off AND unplugged.

      thats a fucking shit build. vrm would be ridiculous on a320 and some motherboards are not even compatible with 3600. only 2 memory slots with some not even having a m.2. you wont be able to overclock the cpu and even the precision boost wouldnt work at much as the motherboard would be so hot so no boosting would work. the 2080ti would also be bottlenecked heavily and a aftermarket 5700xt would make alot more sense. shit build bro delete ur comment or edit that 'perfect build'. Final note, if ur buying a 1000+ dollar, cheaping out so much isn't a good idea and you would ultimately regret it in the future as you will probably have to pay for those compromises.
