Nah. Marvel completely played out superhero movies. It's not about entertainment anymore, it's long since been just about making money.
I think I already figured out about Daren Cross's return for this movie, it just hit me on the fact that Modok was in the trailer, and he IS Daren Cross who's been reduced into that form after Scott sabotaged his suits shrinking ability.
If you look closely at the first appearance of Modok in the trailer, it's pretty clearly Corey Stoll's (aka Cross) head and face.

I would prefer to shrink. I think that would be the more practical super power.
There are plenty of places that I'd want to sneak into. I could also travel the world and barely spend a dime by hiding on planes, trains, trucks, and ships.
I can only imagine growth being useful if I wanted to get into construction/demolition or emergency relief services.

Why not have the ability to do both? Like be any size you like. Since the Ant-Man family could grow and shrink, why not be like them? If we're stuck to changing size in one direction it would suck. If you can only shrink, then you can only get smaller every time you use your power and you can never grow back to your original size. You could end up stuck in the microverse forever. And if you chose the power to grow, you'd be a giant who can't fit anywhere. Eventually, you'd outgrow the Earth and suffocate in the vacuum of space if you hadn't already suffocated from the oxygen molecules being too small for your lungs. Sizeshifting can only work if you can grow and shrink both ways. Giganta would shrink to her original size, and the Atom would grow to his original size. We need to be able to do both for those powers to be effective. If we are stuck with one, then we would need a cure to be able to function as a human being.

Obviously, I would chose both abilities if the option was available.
@@HighHeelKnight Yeah, and it was a dumb question for WatchMojo to make an either/or of. We need both. We have to be able to return to our original size, and we can't without the other choice. Rebecca asked "Would you rather be able to grow or shrink?" She did not say anything about giants being able to shrink back to human size or shrinkers being able to grow back up, so I would have to take the either/or as definite as picking your starter Pokémon.
Though, if the choices really meant total sizeshifting with my natural height being the limit, with "grow" making it my minimum size and "shrink" making it my maximum...
Hmm... I might want to shrink because I am too clumsy to be a giant. If I had powers, I would want to show them off, and I would have to be careful not to step on cars when I'm walking around as a 50-foot tall man. However, being a one inch man could be a lot of fun.

For my message, I am going to assume the latter about you. However, if you were attempting sarcasm, then feel free to skip ahead to my last paragraph.
When someone is asked about potential superpowers, it is generally assumed that the recipient would have full control of the powers.
If someone wanted to be able to fly, then that wouldn’t mean the person wants to drift up into the sky and into the infinite void of space.
If someone wanted super speed, then that would mean the person wants to start swiftly running in a direction without the ability to ever slow down or stop until he or she collapses from exhaustion.
If someone wanted to be able to communicate with animals, then that would NOT mean the person wanted to no longer communicate with human beings. That would also NOT mean the person wanted only to speak in animal formats, like barks, whistles, snorts, chirps, grunts, roars, etc.
Instead, the desire for a superpower would include the complete willful control of the powers, including the ability to return to a base state of their welfare. A person that wants to fly would want the ability to soar, hover, and return to the ground at will. A person that wants super speed would want the ability to start, accelerate, decelerate, and stop at will. A person that wants to speak to animals would want to maintain his or her ability to speak with human beings at will.
Therefore, when Rebecca posed her shrinking verses growing superpowers question, it is reasonable to assume that power choice would include the recipient full control of the chosen ability, INCLUDING the ability to return to his or her base state at will.
The only time specific details about a hypothetical superpower wish fulfilment is necessary is when the wish granter is dastardly or a buffoon.
For instance, the Wish Master film series is about an evil genie that grants corrupted wishes. A woman wished “to be beautiful forever”, and the evil genie transformer the woman into a mannequin. In the movie, Bedazzled, a man wishes for the Devil to make him “The President of the United States.” The Devil transported the man back in time and turned him into Abraham Lincoln, a handful of minutes before the assassination by John Wilkes Booth. In the classic I Dream Of Jeannie television series, Anthony Nelson doesn’t want his genie to use her magical powers because her naivete always lead to trouble. If Nelson said, “The Rolling Stones’ tour is coming to town. I would love to see them in person,” then Jeannie would probably immediately zap the rock band into Nelson’s living room. Jeannie wouldn’t have understood that Nelson was speaking hypothetically.
It is the naïve or villainous wish granters that require details, specific terminology, and implicit instructions to grant the wishes as the requesters truly desire. (The evil magic wielders would probably find a loophole or trick no matter how detailed the recipients explained their desires.) I’ve never meet Rebecca of WatchMojo, but I’m 99.99% certain that she isn’t an idiotic or nefarious sorceress. I doubt she'd want people shrinking or growing uncontrollably until inconceivable infinity.
SUMMARY: When people ask about hypothetical superpowers, it is a reasonable assumption the abilities would feature willful control. Nobody would want a power that cannot be controlled. (See: The Midas Touch) Thus, there is almost never a need to discuss control in the hypnotical questions. It is a safe bet that YOU were the only person that heard Rebecca’s question and thought the powers wouldn’t include control. (Keep working on your sarcasm or recognizing social cues too.)

I wouldn't count on it. Kang is supposed to return for at least one more marvel movie and in the comics he's kind of a big deal.

Something you didn't mention as well they were some guys in helmets that are his henchmen I called them the time Guardian for now but the time Guardian they were theorized that they were going to be an army of Ultron bots or just Ultron. So it could very well be that he sides with Ultron and he returns from a different universe. Another thought is Maybe they could be similar to Spy Kids all the time in the world where they're not different versions of Kang but rather past versions of Nathaniel Richards those are the time Guardian Army. You're probably thinking if it is other versions of Nathaniel Richards you would think that they would also want to conquer but like I said it could be versions where they haven't become kang the conqueror yet. I am curious to know who will be those henchmen

In every 3rd movie in the MCU, something was lost. I hope I'm wrong but the loss in this movie might be Scott's life. Again, I hope I'm wrong. Also, what if Murray or Harper will play a version of Dr. Doom?
I'm leaning more to Hank dying, Im pretty sure he hasn't spoke a word in any of the trailers or TV spots, and they have had Scott say things like " we both just have to lose" which I think is a bit of a red herring, I'm banking on Hank sacrifices him self so Scott can save Hope and Cassy and get out of the Quantum Realm

I hope they explain the wonky and uneven time dilation aspect of the quantom realm..Scott spend 5 hours that tralated to 5 years, yet Janet spent what I assume are decades and aged as such b4 being rescued!?! so I really hope we get some kind of explanation even if it's a loose one that dosent hold up if u think about it for longer then a minute, because it's better than none at all imo. in all reality it's most likely that it was a idea that wasn't planned out long term so therefore any explanation is gonna be some mental gymnastics simply because they didn't plan on the "5 minutes/years" thing when they wrote the 1st antman. however I'm hoping the writers can come up with something that is somewhat "ok....il accept that". perhaps she had or found some tech or suit that shielded the time dilation so that she moves at the same time rate as the real world, or maybe they will just throw thier hands up with a lazy "who tf knows!?!? its the quantom realm right,its beyond our understanding??" type b.s. maybe they will pull a twist like, janet-"I never told u guys this but I'm actually like 200 years (quantom realm time) old and aged hella slow but I didn't wanna freak yall out that that information so I kept it to myself until now! how tf do u think I got magical powers!?!" or.....hear me out, she explains that she n kang found a way to escape but when she found out about kangs evil plans she left without him but didn't really know how the machine worked, so she ended up in a totally random time period. then after she lived there a grew old she missed her family n used the same machine to go back into the qauntom realm to find a way to her own timeline, at which point she found a way to communicate to hank but it was decades after she initially left hank n she just said "fuck it, better than nothing, atleast were about the same age coincidentally n that's good enough". I'd except that as a explanation. atleast it involves a backstory about previous "dealings" she and kang had. that would actually explain how kang knew to send a beacon out to the Lang clan (if that is indeed what happens as theorized).

Yep that's the theory there could be two kangs. I was watching the trailer and I thought maybe there was only one but it could be two scenes mashed together to look like one but it's actually two of them so like when he meets him that's the kang that wants the deal. And when you see him fighting another kang that could be the Kang that rule the quantum City but I'm just thinking it could also be that they're one and the same. I always have other options in mind.

If all is true then quantumania might not be good because they ether have too many caru and villains and they’re not putting much focus on the story and development or they’re settling up too much of the future in one movie. now there is nothing wrong with setting up the future, Kang and his dynasty being an example but that makes sense because of the setting and theme of the movie. We have seen this mistake happened in the last phase of the MCU and we know how we felt about that one

No. Just a reprieve. The mid credits scene of the second movie had Scott trapped in the Quantum Realm while gathering "quantum healing particles for our new ghost friend."
