I can't say that i am strongest is my class, cuz we re not doing daily arm wrestling tournaments, but i think i am still low-mid. That's bcuz i went to 8th grade, and everyone had many improvements after this summer. 3. I am seeing veins on my arms now, MANY VEINS. 4. Except this workout, i also did daily 25+ squats, and 35+ abdominal exercise. Now, i have stronger legs :) 5. I also have much better discipline now Maybe i forgot to mention something, ask in replies I can highly recommend you this exercise program!

The Professional has the different ways to train and yeah IT IS HARD, very very big different. But that is just power and strength, but i don’t want to mention the techniques here. Not everybody has the opportunity to train like Arm wrestler.

This exercise is actually good if you don't have any equipment, especially for beginners. I'm an armwrestler, and I train by using pulleys, straps and weights 😉
I am 47kg and I have defeated my dad and his friends and my friends who are 70kg+. (80 pushups 1 go, 50+ knuckle push ups in 1 go, 30+ diamond pushups in 1 go, elbow lever 3min, plank 3min, 10 pull up, Closing the gate and opening the gate 7x+ a day for the vehicles coming in and out to the house😂)
yesterday, I had a hand fight with my schoolmates after that I loose, all the children were looking at me I got shocked 😢 and they started to make fun from me saying looser and some other words so because of that my heart was broken , I came home and searched for hand fight exercises Andi found this vedio then I started exercising about 1-2 weeks then I challenge the one who defeated me he accept and came after that surprising the whole class I defeated him then he got shy and said sorry to me and now I am the strongest in the class anyone can't beat me
