@Airs Rock when you are holding your breath and pushing through your core the C02 in your body will pull oxygen from your blood instead. This means less oxygen is going to the brain, hence passing out
@Airs Rock usually my blood sugar levels are low, because I'm tall and I weigh a lot, and when I hold my breath the blood pressure becomes high, so now I have 2 factors that could easily lead me to blackout, so I immidiateye sit on the ground so even If I black out, I won't get injured
Three things: 1. Stop looking to the sky from the beginning of your deadlift - keep your head in line with your spine 2. Stop over extending your hips at the top of the lift. It doesn’t do anything for you. 3. STOP HOLDING THE LOCKOUT FOR SO LONG.
When you start feeling faint, you should find the ground before it finds you. That is today's tip.

5.54 what a total asshat. He looks like a twig too so what are those 7 mystery plates he loaded there? I doubt those are 20s, that'd make 300kg. No way this twig lifts anything close to that. Double douche, that's for sure. I hope people don't let him forget this video exists.
7:00 faceplant to dumbbells
3:35 "the oil rig" theme from man of steel has to be the best theme to listen too when lifting heavy. It's amazing
Is there anyone that falls down on a mat without banging their head on piece of metal on the way down??!!
@4:46
@@mdrd7200 Yea he just gets it on the shins, not the head..the rest of them it's like their heads are magnets to some pole, bar, or piece of metal equipment. There are some others to that don't hit metal..I'm glad I never did this..I bet 3/4s of the people that do this have back issues later in life.
@@coletanner5193 thats y I don't do this #escape from backpain
7:05 is probably the worst gym fail I’ve seen if we’re talking pain wise. Other than the guy who bent his knees backwards
@@coletanner5193 honestly I just love his response. He falls over and he's just like "bruh".
The guy that fell back into the wall looked like his legs got caught under the bar. Yikes!
Yeah, that made me cringe inside. Looked like his knees were forced to bend the wrong way.
Not as bad as that indian guy on the leg press machine that had his leg bend 90 degrees the wrong way.
@@eb3632 lol we all saw that video
Def the worst one, good PSA for not deadlifting with your back against a wall.
okolekahuna RIP knee caps 🙏
Looks like a great way to pick up women.. or have them pick you up
It worked for 2.38 ..maybe cos he actually had good form but still passed out....
When I passed out during deadlift I was working out alone in my home. I woke up on the floor and surprisingly I was still holding the bar. I looked at the bar in utter confusion wondering as to where I was and why the bar was in my hand. Then I realised I was deadlifting and I fainted. Now I know why it is called passing out: for a second you are all lights out. I have no memory of staggering back and falling on the floor. I only woke up when the falling weight made noise.
Happened to me but when I pooped...
4:43 when your boo left you and it’s all your fault🤣🤣🤣
5:23 the biggest TOOL in the f**kin world👎🤣
7:58 when you’re holding your bong rip waaayyyy too long LOL🤣🤣🤣
Yes Matty Ice is the biggest douche I have ever seen, screams like alittle bitch for attention lol.
I hate the one on 5:23 it litterally bad lol
These never get old. Max effort.
And People be asking why I be wearing a helmet when I deadlift.

You earned my like
5:17 best one, I love it how he goes down with each step 😅
5:43
Barely gets the weight to his knees.
Proceeds to utterly lose control of the weight as he furiously hitches it.
Friends tell him he's got it when he clearly has zero chance.
Passes out after nearly destroying both knees.
Shoots back to his feet screeching like an idiot as if he was actually even remotely close to completing that lift.
Probably the most pathetic thing ive ever seen in a gym.
he cracked his back thats why he was screaming
@@adangamez3608 he was screaming because he probably shat his pants like a clown
@@adangamez3608I hope he racked it real good, what an asshat...

5:22 was my favourite one. The way he yells after like he just killed it kills me 😆
Advice :
(1) Breathe well
( 2 )after doing a heavy deadlift reps always sit down or sit on your knees
(3) dont scream
Don’t scream?
But Larry whee...😢😢
terrible advice. you can brace and produce the most amount of power when holding your breath, also grunting and screaming also has been proven to increase power output aswell
@@zackanderson2298 alright
@@zackanderson2298 Holding your breath during deadlifts indeed helps with strength, but you should definitely breathe out when finishing the lift (during the last portion of the movement). I don't know about screaming though, I've never tried it :p
@@ascensionmusic3713 so this is what I was trying to say.
I mean screaming not breathing.

When you feel the lights dimming, just take an immediate seat...save yourself the concussion
not if ur in south africa
Real advice!
Exactly what I did. It happened to me once where I could feel myself slowly losing my balance, so I sat down as fast as I could lol
For me it didnt go dark, the edges of my vision just collapsed in to a pinhole. But yeah any sudden vision or balance changes, sit tf down.

Hyperextension of the knee isnt as bad as it looks, with surgery most of it can be reconstructed. No more deadlifts though

😂😂
The pre-lift rituals are almost as funny as the passing out
Mike Hughes especially at 6:03
I don't see how when they're obviously done to mentally prepare themselves. As funny as they may be, practically everyone who seriously does deadlifts does it. So I'm not sure what you get out of finding a relatively normal thing funny.
@@LuznoLindo I think a more relevant question is, why do you care?
The fact that not one has the braincells or humility to just sit down. They gotta act tough

😂😂😂😂

how can I stand in front of a wall? :/
Wheelchair central hell yeah
Ouuuuu shitttz
😳
I yelped in agony when his knees folded backwards...
The first thing I would do after doing a heavy lift is sit on the floor.
right??? the weight they're picking up is impressive, but after lifting for so long you have to know that passing out is a possibility. drop it and sit the fuck down...i really don't feel sorry for these guys haha
Every time after a big lift I immediately sit on the ground just so this wouldn't happen, I've past out a couple of times like that
@Airs Rock when you are holding your breath and pushing through your core the C02 in your body will pull oxygen from your blood instead.
2:32 had me dying of laughter. I have been there before. "If I just put my hand out, I can grab the rack and stay upright". *phantom grab*. zzzzzzz.
Deadlifts are no joke you get so lightheaded when you lift heavier than you should
I fainted with my warm up weight.
And after that i still got a PR, lol.
0:44 When you try to sneak home drunk.
Three things:
1. Stop looking to the sky from the beginning of your deadlift - keep your head in line with your spine
2. Stop over extending your hips at the top of the lift. It doesn’t do anything for you.
3. STOP HOLDING THE LOCKOUT FOR SO LONG.
I will never understand the hip lockout. Seems to be a common theme in people passing out with deadlifts.
Most importanly: breathe
Or just take on weights you can handle simple
giri kotte if you blackout for hours on end then it’s a problem
4. Stop lifting a weight that is clearly too heavy for you.
@0:23 "Ok lets go to 600" got me laughing hard🤣🤣🤣
Why do they fall IN THE WORST SPOTS
