Hearing those ITBs sing definitely does not get old! We were happy with how the build turned out. Where are you watching from if you don’t mind me asking?
@@TheApexSuspects I own an E36 325is with an M50tu engine, and I became interested in ITBs, so I came across this video while searching. Thanks for making such a great video.👍
Awesome! ITBs sound heavenly! We have a full build series of the engine in the car on the channel if you are interested in the ITBs and engine modifications such as the stoker and custom cams.
Thank you for the kind words! It was a fun project to build and document. Hope to do more content with the car in the future. Thank you, wishing you a good weekend and Christmas!
Thank you! Hope you enjoyed the series and appreciate the support. All the best with your own projects. We have some videos on my E92 M3 undergoing some modifications next…
Haha we were rather happy with the noise it made. Correct the exhaust is not standard with a SuperSprint Backbox, M3 Headers & M3 Mid Section. We have a full engine build series on the channel if you are interested?
Thank you for the kind words! We have a full build series of the engine on the channel if you are interested? We hope to get out to Germany again in 2025!
Hey, great video and amazing build! Do you by chance know what leather was used on the steering wheel? Edit: Wow!!!!! On the steering wheel and the whole car, such a cool looking interior damn!! Idk if it is upholstered or what, but looks amazing.
Thank you for the support and kind words! There are more videos of this car on the channel if you are interested. The steering wheel is an M Tech 2 & the interior is the Factory BMW Dove Grey M Sport Leather. It is the original material and trim for the car.
@@TheApexSuspects Looks amazing, the interior is so new it looks like leather, will check out other videos. Currently still working on my shitbox, gotta get a gopro head mount to do some POVs
The interior is in pretty good shape. Love a good shit box. What have you got? I will have to try and get some POV shots for the next video with the car. Unfortunately we lost a GoPro during this shoot trying to get some exhaust clips ha.
@@TheApexSuspects I got myself a 325tds which is kind of a bummer but it was all i could afford at the time cuz diesels are cheaper here so i said fuck it and got it. Spent 1.5 years taking care of it until i liked it enough and took it out, theres one video in my channel, plan to put out way more. Full engine rebuild is in the thinkings, the engine itself is really good with amazing torque compared to the petrols. With a simple and well done tune (otherwise it will heat up and say bye bye to M51 fragile head gasket) you can get around 180hp and 320-350nm of torque. Take good care of it and no smoke will come out the back side. Gonna put some eibach sportlines, and in some time a pair of Bilstein B8's front and back. When i get all that sorted i want to attack the interior and do a complete restoration of it. And that's my little project for the future Edit: After all that, probably slap same engine as you have in it, or an S54 if i have the capabilities for it.
That’s cool! Long live the diesels! Looks good fun… especially on a wet roundabout…. 😉 The important thing is you enjoy ownership be that tinkering, driving or modifying. Sounds like a good plan and a fun project. We wish you all the best with your build. If you do go down the M52 route you can watch our video series of how not to do it on the channel haha.
Sounds awesome,my mind is made up
The ITB’s sing don’t they? Glorious noise!
What a sound! Amazing build
Thank you! We were happy with how it turned out. There is a full build series on the channel if you want to find out more

What’s the rev limit you’re running?
Will believes the Rev limit is currently set at 7300rpm which in his words is modest for now.
@@TheApexSuspects did you dyno it yet ?
❤😊
Hope you enjoyed the sights & sounds.
