I bought a Bking since 2008 I ride it till this day and it is a perfect all rounder muscle bike, at traffic lights I smoke most of the 1000 super bikes at launch, till 220 km , no quick shifter no launch controls just pure power with weight that keeps its nose down , love the bike I wouldn’t sell it , unless Suzuki comes out with a new naked with a hayabusa engine ,
Its the factory exhaust what divided the audience. Some loved it most didnt wanna start it with a $1200 extra for a new pipe. Also the gen2 Hayabusa came out at the same time so most went for that instead.
Thanks for the reply Alex 👍 My name is Roland but friends call me Roro:) I managed to find one for sale in black but. .. as a 6ft5 dude the wide fuel tank was restricting me from tucking my knees in and getting comfortable. But.... as i was getting off the bike there was a GSX S1000F next to it and it was love at a first sight;) it felt much more comfortable and it new bike. So as a new rider I didn't really wanted to worry about servicing and stocking on spare parts but just get out on the road and ride as the 1000f came with a warranty not like the bking. The way I looked at the two bikes as a car owner going in to biker,i had a 1960s mustang (bking) and Audi S8 and I went for the Audi with a solid imprint on back of my head that one day I will get the BKing.
Love my daily commuter BKing! Handles great in traffic. Don't feel the weight due to the power and brakes Pair it up w/ a Michelin road 6 and this bike handles really well in the rain. Only mods I did were carbon fiber side fairings and wheel hugger. I think people get too hung up on the exhaust. It's intended to be part of the body and how it flows (Beefy up front then tapers down and widens up again). Anyhow, to each their own. Safe riding!
I love mine. I grabbed an all black model. Dont like the silver. Going with a yoshi tail tidy kit and yoshi slip ons totally transforms the looks. I love my Busa streetfighter. Mines a keeper and not hoing anywhere. Its definitely a bike you can ride and not see one ever. Good review.
Nothing, just thrown out later in other places in the world. 2008 was the only year model released in the USA. My understanding is and I don't know if it is true they were all made in 2008 and some were slowly kicked out for sale in other parts of the world in small numbers.
It aint for short riders in my opinion. Gotta swing way high over the tail or your gonna scratch it all up. The seat feels a little wide, but not terrible. B-King has a longer wheelbase than Hyabusa with a 200 wide rear tire, so not really the quickest turn in for steering compared to many other bikes. That said, almost 10 years later, I still grin turning the torque up cracking the throttle open on my non-abs rare version.

Found a 5k mile b king. Picking it up Saturday. I'm generally not a naked bike fan but I like the king and miss my bussa.

Valid facts! First thing we did to the two we had at my old shop was to swap out for the Yoshi pipes.
Thanks for the reply Alex 👍

GSX-S1000 is also a great motorcycle, and very under-appreciated! If that worked better for you that's awesome! Ride and enjoy hahahaha!

Interesting video. I never heard of this bike and it wouldn't be anything I would want, however it is always cool to hear about other bikes.

Hey , what is different between limited blue and 2007-2008 models ?

You said you have to be a big, taller rider. Does it have a high seat height? I'm not tall. Thanks!

I'll never part with my B-King, if anything I'll buy a 2nd, 3rd, 4th..........
