2 DIY RV Modifications/Upgrades for Kids Safety

In this video I install 2 RV modifications for the kids. The first one is a ladder to get into the upper bunk. This will make everyone's lives easier as the boys can get in and out of the bunk on their own now, be it in the middle of the day to get something they need, or in the middle of the night so they can use the restroom.
The second modification I added was a second screen door handle. If you own an RV and have kids you know that them opening the door and getting around it can be a bit scary as it is a balancing act and they have to go up and down the stairs to get around the door. This modification makes it so that all they have to do is stand on the ground open the door and walk up the stairs, it is that easy.

Thanks for showing how you cut the top instead of from the bottom like the instructions say to do. I had the same thought about the bottom rung essentially being at floor level if I cut the bottom to length.....
