The big guy needs a bow with longer draw length
Love the slow mo of the skull at the end of the
interesting , was worried my bow was weak when it didnt blow arrows through woodchucks, ofc its with a field point but still
Looks fun!
How is that not blowing clean through? Is it frozen solid?
It wasn’t frozen at the time we shot it. I was surprised on the results.
So, If the arrow would've hit the sinus cavity of a human being it would've lodged the arrow through the sinus and into the brain cavity...possibly seating the arrow in the back of the skull. Kill shot for sure.
Yeah that’s what I think would’ve happened if it hit an actually human. I think the skull was made of some kinda hard plastic.
what's the actual material of the skull? that lack of penetration at distance is crazy
Not sure what the actual skull was made of but I know the other stuff around it was like a clear gel.
It bounce off because your field points are almost round, they have no point
I should try it next time with some pointed tips
broadhead comparison, fixed versus mechanical, same expreiment....
You need a real skull, not something made of resin that's harder than bone.
60 yards!……go shoot a gun not a bow
60 yards is nothing… practice as far as you can so when you have an opportunity at 30 it’s a chip shot. Western hunting requires longer distances
