    Awsome review!!!. I think you guys should do this exact same torture test with all the flagship bows from the top manufacturers like Matthew's, Bowtech, P.S.E, Prime, Elite ect. And then truely crown the ultimate champion!!! I think alot of fan boys might tuck their tails.

    Impressive durability from that bow. My hunting bows don't see anywhere that much abuse when I hunt. I have dryfired one of my bows and it withstood the abuse with broken draw stops and broken string. Didn't think any string would hold up but yours did.

    • @archeryVET
      @archeryVET  5 месяцев назад

      My strings are custom made. I have been making string for about 10 years now and they hold up really well. Thanks for watching.

    Made me cringe when you dry fired the first time, but three times and all that happened was the silencers popped off. That just shows how tuff Hoyt bows are. I have a RX5, RX7 and a VTM 31 Battle worn. Love them all.

    I have a Hoyt kytera my grandson was 2 when my husband had me draw bow back with arrow in it to mark drawlength as i let it down my gs grabbed bottom cam so cable went over his fingers and came off the bow. Thankfully his fingers were ok mainly because I was letting bow down not shooting. Then after that it has been dry fired twice 🤦. This bow is still going strong to this day. HOYTS one hell of a bow. And imo the best for finger shooters like myself no finger pinch.

    • @archeryVET
      @archeryVET  2 месяца назад

    I accidentally dry fired my VTM the second day I got it just had alot going on in my head and was shooting to help with it and shot one arrow looked down range to see where it it then I pulled back and it souded like a gun going off. So I called my shop they looked it over and said it was good even the string was still good. And guys I'm just going to tell you if it was a mathews with those thin limbs and cams it would have been a pile of junk at my feet

      Actually there have been similar videos made with Mathews with same results. It's pretty childish for people to keep up these little arguments about "well this brand is better because it's the one I use." All the flagship bows are well made and able to handle some pretty good abuse. That's why they are the flagships. I have an elite omnia and a Mathews lift right now and they're both great. I've also had Hoyt and bowtech before and they were great too. All of them will stand up to any kind of punishment a hunter will give them on a normal day. What more can you ask? I've dry fired a few bows myself and it's never been a big deal. And guess what... They weren't Hoyt!😂😂😂
