Tip ‼️⚠️ grill them if you don’t want to fry them 😊 just brush them with a little oil

Make sure your dough rests before frying them
ingredients: makes 12 gorditas
4 cups Maseca
1/2 cup APF
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
3-4 cups warm/hot water
1 cup queso Oaxaca
1 lb ground beef
2 medium size potatoes cut into cubes
3 Anaheim pepper
1/2 onion
5 tomatillos
1 roma tomato
Chile serranos or jalapeños
1 garlic clove
Handful cilantro
2-3 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
Salt
1 serving of love 💕

They looked delicious 😋. I make my picadillo with the hamburger meat, garlic salt, pepper, salt and cook the meat. Then put the potatoes and green Chile and finish cooking it. I make my salsa with Jalapeños, garlic salt, tomato sauce and a little water and blend. You should try it. Then and the trimmings we use Colby cheese or Co jack cheese.
