And I think your recipe using all purpose flour is much better, makes much nicer puffy tacos. Plus my taco press doesn't want to make pretty round tacos, your directions to just roll them out on the counter and then fry them is MUCH better. Thank you again.

I made this last night. Very nice flavour profile. A lot lighter than many other taco recipes. I like the fact that I can make it from things in my cupboard and fridge that I have on hand. I would usually use beef bullion, but I followed your recipe and used chicken. I am glad I did. I made a huge batch so I could freeze some for later. What a hope. It is almost all gone. Believe it or not, I try all of your taco recipes. I enjoy the fact that they are all quite different. This recipe will be the one that I use during the summer. Thanks for this. Very well done!

There are few things more delicious than a good frybread. I was blessed to grow up on a ranch adjacent to an Indian Reserve, so every community festival had the best frybread! And mixing them with Claudia's taco recipe... "Heaven...! I'm in... heaven!" 😉😋

I ran puffy tacos as a special a couple years ago and scoured RUclips for little tricks and pointers. At that time, there was nothing around on this level. I don't remember seeing anything like a helpful tutorial on the subject. This had really solid and concise execution, and now I want to run that special again. I would definitely borrow the bean slather to hold the filling in place. Expert level 🤌
