- The electrification of cars has lead to new automakers popping up all over the place, which is in high contrast to the glacial progress of an industry that's over a century old. The best example of this is Tesla. Counter to this movement, there's a new phenomenon of looking back to the past. We're talking about reviving historical automobile brands, such as what Zagato's doing with the Iso Rivolta GTZ. It is the spiritual heir of the A3/C, a sports car that won at Le Mans in the '60s. Here's what it's all about.

If you know a bit about car history,you know that without him NONE of this would be possible.Would be nice to give him the credits he deserves .Renzo Rivolta did not create any of it.He just was smart enough to hire a genius:Giotto Bizzarrini.Its a shame he is still unknown by most people.Even in these internet times,there is not much to find a out him.Somebody should make a documentary about the guy,i think.

He was the master of the A3C, later produced as he's own brand. Mentioning Ferrari GTO, he was also the master of that car, and mentioning Miura, he was also the master of the Lamborghini V12 engine ... 🤣

Yeah, I'd rather buy a period piece than customize something you can buy off of the showroom floor. Just drive the corvette and put a picture of the original on your garage wall.

too simple to explain. there is no future in EV .... except for small, lightweight, low range two seater city cars on a home charger ... and an ICE parked next to it.
