Im currently building a 9wt rod in machining (reel seat I'm making to!) on top of that in CNC I'm getting ready to design a reel so I can have a whole set up made from scratch. Well anyway could I ask what the diameter of you reel is? Also how wide it is for reference?

How much it weights?
Actually I meant do you have any drawings of your reel with dimensions that one could use along with your videos to make one?
I have drawings, but behind the scenes I am making loads of small as built modifications to the design as I see where improvements can be made. When the whole reel is complete and I've tested it, I may be able to release a drawing package that I know will produce a nice reel.
Dude.... use pliers for small parts on the grinding wheel.... and the drill press.
