    I like the idea of not using soy sauce. Been having some inflammation and I know soy is a culprit. I've kind of gone off the deep end lately with Thai street cooking & all those sauces lol. Cheers to au naturel!

    How do you keep the salad or red onions from turning bitter? Every time I cook red onions they seem bitter.

      If onions get too much air they turn bitter I believe. just slight and then immediately cook them
