I’m in the shed brother,✌🏻🎸🎶🎄
So lovin’ this - that tone with the GA20 is so stirring. It’s got vocal qualities. Dude this is great
Thanks man! The GA-20 has become my fav allrounder I think!
Well ..Them maple necks tell everyone where one loves to play ..over and over 😁👍
truth!
Great tone and playing. I like it.
Thanks mate!
When a world-class musician plays a world-class instrument the results are magical.
Man your bends are sometimes so clean they sound like you're playing slide
That's right man!!
Thanks mate, I think I subconsciously try to imitate the b bender sometimes. I also spent a lot of time in my teens trying to get those really in tune Vince gill bends
Funny, I’ve been practicing playing out of tune, on the edge. It’s just a feeling. But, like your style. Keep pushing it. Hard telling where it will go.
This deserves more views man...good stuff jedd
Thanks Ed!
That was a cool haunting little piece. Thanks Jedd. Love your explorations.
Thanks mate
Sweet stuff jedd! Your bender would've killed!
Cheers mate!
Awesome creativity man. Love your work.
Love from a fellow Aussie in Cessnock NSW.
Cheers mate! Appreciate it man
Love to see a happy father and son together. God bless you.
Im a lucky man to be a dad to these beautiful little kiddos
Have a good 2023, always sweet to the kids enter.Your voice could be a bit louder, as in comparison with guitar..jjust an idea..greetz from holland
Magically and tonefully soulful as always Jedd!🙂🙏
Thanks Ian! Appreciate it mate
That’s really good man.
Digging into that F chord is very cool and you nailed it with great tone & interesting phrasing. 👌
Hi Jedd. Could you please say a few words regarding how you go about building up a solo piece.
Its pure experimentation mate. I just play till its somewhat interesting to me and try to find a spark like a riff or an interesting chord change then I hunt for a melody.
@@JeddHughesOfficial Cheers Jedd
Very cool! Have a great New Years Jedd! Just thinking, I went 30 years without having a New Years eve off. After that it was about every other. One bar had an all night license and we did 2 gigs, we were the second on. Long time to be on your game! Peace.. --gary
Wow mate! That's dedication to the celebration! ha!
@@JeddHughesOfficial LOL. The celebration was a double payday, $$. I could do without the extended playing. That is a long time to be doing that! You have to look like your into it and want to be there. LOLOL. Cheers!! --gary
Sweet and moody little jam my friend. Happy new year to you and your family Jedd!
Thanks David, Happy new year to ya mate and hope its a great year.
Love your tone and feel Jedd. Keep the vids coming.
Thanks Daniel, appreciate It mate!
Happy New Year to you and your lovely family, Jedd!! 🎊 🎉
Cheers Mark, Happy new year to you too mate
Your a man my friend . Easy to tell . It comes out in your music
Amazing tone. Definitely in for the acoustic EP.
Cool mate, more on that to come! the EP that is
Your videos are always a treat! Here is a question out of the blue: What is your opinion about the value of having reverb built into a fender for you? I am building a head along the lines of a bandmaster (maybe reverb), and I am wondering if I should build in the reverb or just put in an effects loop. It is quite a bit more cost and space in the chassis for the reverb (And I am thinking that tubes may become more and more scarce and so it might be wise to use them frugaly). I usually like the "Normal" channel sound in the fenders because it seems more immediate or solid, but I do have ideas about making a reverb channel that has the same base sound as the reverb channel without the "blur" but still with the reverb.
Hi mate, sounds like a fun build!I honestly love fender amps with reverb the most unless its a tweed like a deluxe or super or something. Reverb in amps just always sounds so much more part of the sound to me unless its a high end outboard build like an Ebo E-verb or something...
HAPPY NEW YEAR Jedd..!!!🎉👍🏼
You too Joe! Hope its a great one for ya
just think what you would’ve done without that free looper pedal you got. 🤘🏻❤️
haha! Its a great little writing tool eh!
Happy new year Jedd👍
Happy new year Paul!
Jedd I was wondering if you’ve ever listened to any of John Frusciante’s solo albums. He’s a pretty prolific song writer.
I haven't but I'll do some digging now!
I habitually make full barre F's. Does that seem like a problem for recording? Cheers Jedd!
Not at all, gotta have that one in the tool belt for sure. Sometimes the straight up working mans bar chord is all the song needs ya know
Thanks Jedd!
What amp do you carry on gigs with/for other artist, or do you just backline?
tweed deluxe or deluxe reverb usually covers it mate, I always run two amps live also, dual mono.
Mr. Clean.
cool title!
I always wanted to try a Nacho. Are they as good as I've heard?
The one I got to try was pretty amazing. Like an acoustic unplugged.
Yes, without a doubt mate.
Thanks for sharing! Both you and Tom have really re-ignited my passion for writing music and especially playing guitar again.
I had a modest career in hard rock/metal in the mid 90’s but when Buckley, Whitley and Lanois came up on my radar I felt i was in the wrong place and left that world to start writing and singing by myself.
Have recently gotten completely involved with vintage japaners guitars aswell :) So this song features a Greco SV600 from 82 and a Burny LP from around 85.
I don’t assume you would have the time to listen but here is the latest effort.
All the best for the new year, and thanks again.

Cool tune man! Great tone too, I love that elastic overdrive sound you get going on your solo section, really cool!
Stoked you are inspired to be writing and playing more guitar man, thats what its all about
@@JeddHughesOfficial Thanks a lot! All the best from Sweden.
What kind of home recording setup do you use?
UA Apollo mate
