- Learn a simple strategy to find a much fuller and more satisfying breath by altering the shape of your nose with your fingers - don't get hung up on what it looks like . . . it really works!
Watch video for complete instructions.
Basic procedure:
Identify 3 points long the outside line of your nostril from the tip of the nose to the cheek - at each end and at the middle of the line. One at a time, gently grasp the edge of the nostril and move it away from the midline of the nose (from the center: directly to the side, from the front: forward and slightly to the side, from the back towards your ear). Time the movements to match your breathing.

I have been taping my mouth , yes it helps me to keep my jaw up and i think breath in the nose , but, don’t snore , but grgle and the tape is wet with some saliva. ? Any thoughts
I'm not an expert on mouth taping. I only experimented with it a little bit. I think the tape being wet is probably normal, but again, not an expert.
