This video only gives people a glimpse of how much wedding videographers do with regards to equipment and set up. I really think we are underappreciated for what we bring to the table
19:30 Uh oh, an exposed MI Shoe in the rain! 😬 I believe you learned about that potential for disaster once before? The white light stand covers are neat! What are those called? Great work and fun BTS!
Love everything about this video. Thank you for sharing this with all of us. I have a side question about the focusing used in these videos? That is my struggle and all of the tracking shots seem to be spot on.
As a man who has re-tucked his shirt in for years at weddings, my man Kaleb needs some shirt stays. A total game-changer. Thank me later. This is a dope BTS Matt - thanks for sharing!
I loved every moment of this...I tried going away from using gimbals because of how good these Lens and camera body IS are these days but it's just not the same. I wasn't able to get that smooth gliding look of the gimbal so I went back to it...glad to see I'm not the only one
Cool video, Matt! Respect to all participants!👋 I especially liked how much attention and efforts these videographers pay to installing the light - that's awesome!👍 ONE QUESTION: Can we see the result of this work somewhere? It would be ideal to add an edited wedding film at the end of the video if the couple and videographers don't mind...😉
On point brother! They both seem super talented and passionate (first time seeing them, thank you for the introduction) plus yall all vibed, it was nice! Separate export/film question, if I may. For the final wedding video (if you know) would it be exported 24fps or 30fps? And what were most shots filmed at FPS wise? Thoroughly enjoyed the video very informative as well. Helped me connect some dots. Thank you all! #PositiveVibes
Great video but honestly, at this point I'm more curious about how these people pay for such extravagant weddings. I feel completely disconnected from that.
I love these video. The only thing I would change is to know what type of lens they used for certain shots and why or if they had a different technique of making up the groom and officiant. That kind of thing. Thanks Matt!!!
@@KEJProductions that comment / suggestion was for Matt on other BTS's Down the road. You guys look like you do an amazing job. I would love to see a little teaser film from that wedding so we can see what the different things look like that you did.
Love the white pole wrap! But why doesn't he mount the battery into v-mount on the 60x instead of running the cable down the light stand? Edit: the next clip he puts it onto the v-mount haha
What time would a wedding start and end in the US? Here in Ireland i would typically shoot from 10am to 10pm. We don't have First looks or Exits. We just shoot about 30 mins of dancing say goodbye and head home leaving the bride and groom and guests to party into the early hours
Weddings are a strange industry. You work like crazy for a few weeks/months then you get pretty much nothing for a while. That leaves time for other stuff. Also, once you're well established, you can start charging A LOT and thus work much less and still be making good money. I could be wrong but I suspect this is what Matt is doing. Still, he's definitely a hard worker, no doubt about it.
c´mon... I just sell my Mavic pro 2 to get an mino 4 pro =/ I really hate Spain with drone regulations.... Do it here and you have police around in 10 mins xD Great work!!
Every time I watch an US wedding I am like, "damn, I wish we had wedding here like that". Extroverted people, the couple hanging out and partying with their friends preparing in the morning, people talking to the camera when asked, actually having proper speech, showing emotions, laughing. I feel like the wedding we have here (also the videos then) are boring.
Because that’s what they are. The session with photographer and also what shots taken in that moment are considered portraits. The term isn’t exclusive to photographers. Hope that helps.
People still doing that thing that they have to complain about everybody else, how they do it just because they don't do it the way you do it... kk cool 😎
Interesting to see how barebones their camera setup is, not even a shotgun mic on the camera. Also is it legal to fly drones this heavy close to people and in the city like that? Just genuinely curious, because if I had a video like that online in europe I'd probably get sued by some Karen over that.
That’s what you took from the whole video? Ok I guess you missed the part where Kaleb mentioned they’ve worked with this particular family before. But you do you! 🤷🏽♂️

The collaboration I didn’t know I needed until it graced my eyeballs 😍❤️❤️
This whole BTS was just a pleasure to watch!!
I love the "I Got You" collaboration...
You guys are warriors!!!! What an experience man......THANKYOU FOR THIS...
Can I just say that Elaine is such a boss mama for running around with that gimbal while being with child!
🥹🙏🏾
Ahh exciting to see things like this in my home state 🥹
This is awesome!!!
Thanks love you

I like this format. Great detail and interaction.
Love how easy going these guys are!
This was fun! Good job editing and filming matt!
Love it! I do the same drone controls for the exact same reason, Kaleb. It just feels right.
🤙🏽

Hey big bro. Thanks again for another great video. You are a creative inspiration to me.
Can't wait till you come back to Australia and film our BTS!!

Awesome video!! Do u have a link for the white light stand cloths?

24fps for the final export, I believe they filmed mostly in 24 or 60fps
Whats the specs on that gimbal setup Kaleb and Elaine? Awesome video!
very nice!what lens do you use at gimbal at preparations?thanks
Great video but honestly, at this point I'm more curious about how these people pay for such extravagant weddings. I feel completely disconnected from that.

We have no secrets! If you have any questions about specific lens choice we’re happy to provide answers. Thanks for watching!

I will work on adding that info for future BTS-es
@@KEJProductions I'd love to know what lens Elaine was using handheld at the reception/end of night dance of the couple, really loved those shots! :)
Beautiful job!
Amazing guys
Man, that are beautiful shots.
Loving the vibes! 🎉

How much time did you have to set up before the ceremony started?

That baby inside of that belly during the parade 🕺💃🎶⚡!!!
😂😂 100 percent
where can I get the white cloth for the stands? thanks
Yes!!!!
@matt please
How you do weddings and still find time to run a RUclips channel and do monster BTS edits like this I will never know. You ser are a beast.

Was that the RC 2 Gimbal he was using?
Any updates on that new aputure led light 👀
Can't believe I missed yall down here lol
What is the link for that clamp?
I wouldn't dare to use the gimbal out in the rain haha especially how its not water resistant haha. Also what side handles and monitor are you using?
Where's the pole wraps for the light stands?
just curious did you have lav mic on yourself and †he team the entire time?
Yes

Great work!!
I do about 25 wedding a a year in New Orleans and yes the contact high is true 😂 Matt.
Good job bro.
"Shall we do some yoga real quick?" 😂
Hey Mat which Sony were they using

She keeps saying portraits isn’t she the videographer?
Because that’s what they are. The session with photographer and also what shots taken in that moment are considered portraits. The term isn’t exclusive to photographers. Hope that helps.
Great, fun, and informative BTS! IMO, the transitional music was mostly unnecessary (or too hot in mix) and at times: maddeningly distracting.
Thanks! Some of the music was a bit loud to cover copyrighted music from the wedding, sorry about that.
People still doin the "use a gimbal for every shot" thing?
Yeah and that's fine if it works for them!
His second is mostly hand held and monopod it seems.
my bad back and I say yes

i think the pregnant women play in this wedding because she is dancing when filming this wedding so she is not professionnel
That’s what you took from the whole video? Ok

Huge respect for you guys wearing suits to film in, I literally could not do that id be sweating too much lol
Oh it was sweaty!
