Today, for low light, street and family photography (video is not important), which would you choose D3s, D4s, D5 or some lighter bodes like D750 or D810?
I personally love my D810. Here's a recent video review on it: ruclips.net/video/KzNyGKctCtQ/видео.htmlsi=edy4zjVnPTJpi5je Not to say there's anything wrong with the others... I've shot with every body you've mentioned, D3, D4, D5 and D750. To get the most bang for your buck the D810 is probably what I'd recommend in your situation.
Run N Gun you know, i have d850 and several lenses, but i found it is big trouble to change lense in desert or some harsh places, that is why i am looking for second camera.
Run N Gun you mean getting two d850? No. The reason i am interested in d5 is the complementary advantages of these two cameras. The only thing i am worried about is the ability of d5 on shooting landscape
That makes sense, they both make up when the other falls short- What has you doubting the D5's landscape ability? Is there something you're looking for specifically?
Hey Ryan- I won’t recommend it for vlogging, it’s very heavy and I would certainly push a mirrorless over a DSLR, especially the D5. Even though it’s capable, trying to shoot anything “selfie-style” would break your wrist.
The D5 is great, if you have the budget for it! I think your 850s could probably handle the low light too. If you decide to get one, you should use my affiliate link in the description :) helps keep the channel running.
*Who wants to see the D5 ($6,500) and GH5 ($1,997) go head-to-head in a photo and video shoot-off?*
Who wants a Panasonic?
I do! 👋🏻
Can we get a shirt that reads "It's not that great, but its Pretty Awesome!" ???
I’d wear it 😂

I had a D500 and I fell in love very quickly. I believe the D5 is even better 😊
Totally agree! You can find great deals on a Used Nikon D5 though!
Nice review - Thank you! Subscribed
@VadimNYC, glad to help!

Is this camera comparable to the Canon 1DX?
Absolutely, it’s definitely a competitor in that league. I haven’t shot on the 1DX personally but I’d love to try one!
Is it capable with landscape shooting?
Rafael, the D5 is more than capable of capturing amazing landscapes.
Run N Gun you know, i have d850 and several lenses, but i found it is big trouble to change lense in desert or some harsh places, that is why i am looking for second camera.
The D850 is also a fantastic camera, have you thought about getting a second one?

Which lens is this one ?
Which lens are your referring to?
Run N Gun tha wide angle
The wide angle is a Nikon 14mm F2.8. I also have a link in the description where you can find one.
Run N Gun ok. Thank you very much !
Do you recommend this as a vlogging camera?

Run N Gun Good to know! I have strong wrists but I don’t want to waste my hand strength vlogging when I need it for trapeze! Lol
I lift weights regularly and still am not a fan of one-handing the D5 with any lens. I’d definitely go mirrorless!
Hello from France, I like your video!
Welcome! Glad to have you here.
Awesome video! Should I now invest on a D5? I own 2 d850s with a whole bunch of FX lenses. I would use it for low light event photography! :)
