Remember getting my first iPhone. And do you know what??? It is sitting beside me in my bedroom right now…. It is on a charger so it doesn’t die. I came in on the 5s. That was my phone carrier’s second phone. That phone changed my life. Always have been an apple fan. I used the apple 23 back in the day and macs. I so remember like it was yesterday people were so excited and talking and they even said this and I quote. “Oh my gosh!!!!! Apple is coming out with a phone!!!” They didn’t say the iPhone but they said it exactly like that. Crazy thing I never owned the 2g but I came in on the 5s. Now years and years later I have a fast working 14 plus… so basically I went from the 5s to the 6 plus. Then the following year I got rid of my 6 plus and moved to the 6s plus. Then skipped all the series till the 14 plus. Even with the 6s plus. I remember the 6s series. They were so big into peak and pop. But the 5s now so old and slow…. I actually went m a not on my 14 plus I do pick up my 5s and use it. It actually literally makes me cry using it…. Makes me think of that time back when apple still didn’t make the huge phones like what we are using today… I remember getting the first text and being able to text back and not only that but without assistants I no longer hag to ask people to put their numbers in my phone. The iPhone 4s was going to change the way I work for ever and that it did. I was going to take the phone back to t-mobile cause I didn’t see the use for it anymore, but something in me told me to stop!!! And I kept the phone…. For some time after not using it I told t-mobile to take the cim card out and I kept in a drawer and didn’t touch it…… after some years. Something in me told me to go to t-mobile with my old iPhone,,, and see if I can reactivate it with another cim cad. I did and it was crying for an update… well,,, now the phone is no longer able to serve….. it update for some time after then it stopped on I.O.s. 12.5.7 I believe and that was a security update…. Even to this day it brings me tears as I use the phone. I feel it as it works so hard to even wake up…. Just performing tasks on it it super painful… I will use it in the evening when I come home from work.. going on the web with it takes some work and you have to really get it to get up and go it is so sluggish and working by a thread…. I got voiceover to sound with its original voice. My banking app no longer works RUclips no longer update, amazon doesn’t update but it still makes calls. The listening on it sounds really metallic compared to the mini theater system I have on the 14 plus. But yea. Using that phone really brings me back and when I use it it makes me tear up…. It does have centimental value… it is really emotional to bring an old iPhone back to life again as it struggles to breath…. It really does bring back emotion. Now,, with the 14 plus I can’t say that cause now, I am so use to modern day tech on the iPhone I don’t even think about it and it does tasks like I need it to do with no problem. Actually it is quite scary cause it is so fast. But the 5s,,, now,,, it is amazing to still have it also,,, it was the first iPhone to have Touch ID. That was the very first iPhone to get that. The iPhone 5 didn’t have it but the 5s introduced it….. so their is my story the phone that changed my life for the future and it did as I now am using the modern iPhone.

Sometimes, as I use the very old iPhone 5s I find myself trying to use a swipe up and remembering that their is a home button on it hahahahaha. It is pretty amazing how things have really changed. All the iPhones I skipped till today. Now their is no longer an s series cause the iPhone has top speed already now. Their is really no speed to look forward to anymore we are already their. Now it is just the cameras and innards of the iPhone but before moving from early iPhones yea. You would want to upgrade cause the phone was getting faster but now today,,, we are already their. iPhones now are flying at top speed nad apple has really made up for the time I wish iPhone would have been around before 2007 but as I said. Apple really has made up for time it is incredible. Now using a 5 g phone is incredible and it takes me no time to get work done on it. I think that the iPhone today is actually if not even faster than the computer today. It is so independent from a computer even if you don’t want ringtones, you don’t have it hook up to a computer to sink. You can just take them off right their on the iPhone where as back then, you had to sink to iTunes for pretty much everything and if you made a mistake in downloading ringtones you had to connect to a Mac and get those off but now,,, with today’s iPhone you don’t even have to do that.

From tastyblogsnack NASA videos with Desiree to vlogs in Starbucks or the airport with your phone on your ear because it was weird to talk to a screen! I mean that was a smart phone back in 2013. It seems like it wasn’t that long ago but for a phone that is more than ancient. Just opening up the phone it gets hot and that is the nastalga of it. Hearing the raspy voice of voiceover now. Most of the apps don’t work anymore like my banking app. RUclips is asking for an update but it won’t update hahah. Their are older versions of apps that will work or the App Store will tell me to download an older version. It is pretty freaking cool that such thing just does bring back emotion. I feel you and I know how it is bringing back something nostalgic. It really does bring you to cry. I feel that way every time I pick up that 5s. Gosh it does bring tears to my eyes. That thing does have history like the O.G. iPhone 2g. The iPhone 2g started it all. The 4s was the first iPhone to have Siri built in. Before then you had to get the sir app. Siri actually came on an app but the 4s changed that. The 5s was like the 5 but it introduced the Touch ID concept. Which runs very slow now cause of the old age it is. It is hard to believe but the iPhone 5s is almost 11 now and is still working….. the funny thing is is that the 6s plus was newer and it already died. I jumped all the iPhones up to the 14 plus which I have now. I had the 6s plus for quite some time. About over 7 years. The iPhone 5s though does have a cim card in it. It actually does work today…. Well, what is left of it. The O.G. Case I had for it was a battery case but it actually was the kind that you actually had to pop a cable out and put it into the lightning port to charge it and then swing the cable back out and put it underneath the phone in a little holding door. Well, sadly that broke so I got a bit more modern battery case. For it. It is a battery case of of the iPhone SE which does fit the 5s. The se was the same with and size as the 5s I was told so I could use it but the O.G. Battery case lost its power and I had to toss it. But the phone still works. The capacity of the battery though even back then was kind of poor. I remember sitting with the 5s for hours and just crying as I was getting the independents that I was going to gain from it. Doing things without having to ask for assistants due to my blindness. With phones before I would have to hand people my phone to have them do things on it and change ringtones and put in numbers. The iPhone would change that though for me and now, using the phone years later is nothing for me. I use it like any working person would now. I don’t even think about it. But back then that really was a big deal for me. I almost got rid of the 5s but then I snapped inside and kept it. That thing has history knowing that I have the first iPhone to have Touch ID. It is actually so cool to have something so historical now now here we have Face ID. I believe that the iPhone 10 was the first phone to have Face ID. I am keeping the iPhone 5s though alive on a lightning cable. With olds phones like that you want to keep them on a cable so they won’t die otherwise,,, you will have some waiting before they kick alive again. Or it may not come back. So I keep the phone on its charger..

Justine you can Jailbreak this phone by using what ever laptop with iTunes: Step 1: To activate it just hold the home button and at the same time hold power button. Step 2: hold these buttons 10 seconds and stop holding power up button and hold the home button and iTunes will scan this phone and you can Jailbreak it, easy steps.

My original iPhone 3g BLEW UP last year. Exploded from the inside out in a box in an air conditioned room. Will Apple do anything about it? NOOOO.. could have caused a fire etc etc. be aware all devices in your home. Never know what could happen

i still have the iPod 1 it works fine has like 5 minutes of battery life and it doesn't even have a camera but you can listen to music and you can download apps i even tried downloading tictoc but it didn't work because it did not have a camera.

Oh my gosh I remember getting my first iPhone and I still have it today. It is connected to power so it doesn’t die. I came in on the 5s and I know how you feel about this. It is so emotional to bring alive an old iPhone. Some people would think that it was junk but an old phone like that is not junk. It does have centimental value. The 5s was my very first phone that changed how I would work. Now, I have the 14 plus. The 5s is so slow now in today’s standards/ I remember the phones I had before then. But every time I wake up the 5s it really sends me into a it brings tears to my eyes just to feel it get hot and it takes forever to work. Touch ID is so slow and opening the phone takes it seems for ever. Unlike the big beast iPhone 14 plus. I just look at it and it unlocks. I almost got rid of the 5s but then I kept it cause it really has history. The 5s was the first iPhone to introduce Touch ID. It is really cool bringing something like that back alive. I mean that was a smart phone back in 2013. It seems like it wasn’t that long ago but for a phone that is more than ancient. Just opening up the phone it gets hot and that is the nastalga of it. Hearing the raspy voice of voiceover now. Most of the apps don’t work anymore like my banking app. RUclips is asking for an update but it won’t update hahah. Their are older versions of apps that will work or the App Store will tell me to download an older version. It is pretty freaking cool that such thing just does bring back emotion. I feel you and I know how it is bringing back something nostalgic. It really does bring you to cry. I feel that way every time I pick up that 5s. Gosh it does bring tears to my eyes. That thing does have history like the O.G. iPhone 2g. The iPhone 2g started it all. The 4s was the first iPhone to have Siri built in. Before then you had to get the sir app. Siri actually came on an app but the 4s changed that. The 5s was like the 5 but it introduced the Touch ID concept. Which runs very slow now cause of the old age it is. It is hard to believe but the iPhone 5s is almost 11 now and is still working….. the funny thing is is that the 6s plus was newer and it already died. I jumped all the iPhones up to the 14 plus which I have now. I had the 6s plus for quite some time. About over 7 years. The iPhone 5s though does have a cim card in it. It actually does work today…. Well, what is left of it. The O.G. Case I had for it was a battery case but it actually was the kind that you actually had to pop a cable out and put it into the lightning port to charge it and then swing the cable back out and put it underneath the phone in a little holding door. Well, sadly that broke so I got a bit more modern battery case. For it. It is a battery case of of the iPhone SE which does fit the 5s. The se was the same with and size as the 5s I was told so I could use it but the O.G. Battery case lost its power and I had to toss it. But the phone still works. The capacity of the battery though even back then was kind of poor. I remember sitting with the 5s for hours and just crying as I was getting the independents that I was going to gain from it. Doing things without having to ask for assistants due to my blindness. With phones before I would have to hand people my phone to have them do things on it and change ringtones and put in numbers. The iPhone would change that though for me and now, using the phone years later is nothing for me. I use it like any working person would now. I don’t even think about it. But back then that really was a big deal for me. I almost got rid of the 5s but then I snapped inside and kept it. That thing has history knowing that I have the first iPhone to have Touch ID. It is actually so cool to have something so historical now now here we have Face ID. I believe that the iPhone 10 was the first phone to have Face ID. I am keeping the iPhone 5s though alive on a lightning cable. With olds phones like that you want to keep them on a cable so they won’t die otherwise,,, you will have some waiting before they kick alive again. Or it may not come back. So I keep the phone on its charger..

Step 2: hold these buttons 10 seconds and stop holding power up button and hold the home button and iTunes will scan this phone and you can Jailbreak it, easy steps.
