i have been strongly following hair care routine from last 2 year and YES its works. Using Minoxidil Day and Night wash my hair everyday with shampoo suggested by my Doctor. and most important Good sleep, Good Food and don't overthink too much.
Be careful with poorly brewed coffee, with little filter. acidification, cortisol, hair loss. even cocacola or pepsi is better. never stimulants in the morning also.
0.5 mg finasteride is enough to stop hair fall, maintain your current hair and regrow new hair. But one thing you have to keep in mind that when you start finasteride DHT damaged hair would be fall and then start grow new hair. Moreover, don't use minoxidil because yes it can regrow your hair just in a month but when you stop using it another in one month you can face massive hair fall. So, finasteride is best although if you faced any side effects then small damage will be helpful for you like if you take 1 mg right now then side effects visible then you cut the pill in 0.5 dosage. One more thing side effects doesn't shows in one week or 15 days you have to wait for 1 month. I realised sides in one month like premature ejaculation ercyctyle disfunction. But then i cut the dosage and i am ok. So keep in mind but if you not face any sides then you are lucky.
