One constructive (I hope) comment from me: I was taught to try not to let my front knee move at all on those transitions between front facing and 45 degree facing hips in front stance. (I forgot the name.. hanmi I think).
It used to be a bad habit of mine. What I fully stopped moving the front knee I had greater power and more perfect body mechanics in this movement.
