I do watch your videos on a regular basis with a great deal of pleasure, in this workout what happened to the mawashi geri before the switch step punch??
This seems like a great workout, but as a kenpoist, it's too regimented. Kenpo is about practicality on the street, not traditional stances and combos. As a workout though, I do like this.

Excellent demonstration and use of the basics once you understand that is the man that makes the art fighting just becomes second nature protect and defend attack and counter you only get one life you must protect and defend and what you hold you to you the most as well as your loved ones strike from all positions be ready at all times have all sense sharp weapons are blocks and strikes the goal is to be an overall positive better human being always striving to be better day in and day out just like this upload and your content be well

Not very realisitic for self defense but it can be a decent workout of muscles and joints.
That's the whole point :)
@@KarateDojowaKu But then why train karate? You can strengthen muscles and joints a lot more effectively with weight training.
