GREAT VIDEO ! 🙂 Basics are so important. They are the cornerstone of training in the martial arts. Training at home away from the dojo is paramount. Everyday training is what stimulates growth as a student. Unencumbered, we allow ourselves to reflect and focus on building muscle memory and isolating the efficiency and aptitude of basics to help codify essential tools. By doing so we strengthen not only our bodies but our minds as well. Thank you for sharing. 👍
thank you guys, it was a really cool cardio workout, i will keep doing it multile times per week! I try to get in really good shape for when the dojos open up again, since I want to start with Karate. I have still no experience, but I try to educate myself on all the different styles and the history, and of course to get fit, so I can finally train in a dojo with a teacher!!!!
