- In this video, we're going over the MultiVersus RANKED Tier List!! This list is based off of the best characters to climb in ranked with at the time I'm posting this video.
DISCLAIMER- This is entirely my personal opinion, I'm not stating anything in this video as an objective fact, it's just how I see the current state of the characters in my personal experience. If you disagree, let me know why in the comments! Enjoy :)

I am currently on 1vs1 ranked grind (it's more humble than it sounds) with my mains Taz, Lebron and Garnet, plus occasionally Iron giant or Gizmo (still practising the last one). Do you prefer playing one character or several for ranked?

Hey man, just a suggestion, you should show gameplay of the characters that you’re talking about rather than random matches. It’s really distracting watching a pointless match but would be much better to see some of this stuff in your matches while your describing them
This list is similar to what I would have done black Adam really is getting to much love and people saying he to strong. Keep grinding slush
Garnet may not be good. But with enough patience, mastery of her timing and good reads, she'll be a nightmare. I can see why nobody plays her though.

Garnet isn’t bad but her output can be done with black Adam and Superman who are just a way better match up against of a lot of the matchups Garnett isn’t at any means bad tho the Garnett is bad motive scares me cause she gets buffed every update and it will be to the point where’s she the best

I want the arya vid, cause right now arya is still dominating hard in 1s meta, and even tho a player is extremely good with bugs he is not even close to S right now. Lebron is extremely hard to learn for his combo game but once he is learned hes one of the best character even tho he is weird. Except that, I agree that rick suck against rush down characters, its so hard to take control of the map while you are pushed the whole game, ++ finn for example, can use 1 attack and destroy your whole setup while you cant punish him after using his attack so its extremely hard against him
Dude am I only one with this issue? I can't load in with Reigndog at all. It'll always crash the match and send me back to lobbh
I know its all your opinion but i'll have to disagree with lebrons placement for 1v1s. I think he makes the cut for A, yes he is far more difficult to play when compared to other characters but his zoning and stage control with ball can be very hard for other characters to deal with. For 2v2s he needs a lot of help but for 1v1s where you can position the ball where you like without your teammate getting in the way makes it so lebron literally jumps a tier in my eyes. His KO power is unmatched for a character with projectiles and his weight and he has some nasty combos and loops that let you rack up damage very fast, he even has kill confirms in down air -> aerial side b and in up attack -> jump cancel up special -> jump cancel up aerial, killing lightweights at even 70%. Yes he is hard to use but at least in 1v1s he is rewarding enough to get to A for me.

I agree with where Garnet is, but I don’t think it’s for the reasons you listed. Garnet’s speed is not her problem. In fact, she’s one of the faster characters in the game, even without rhythm which makes her faster than every unbuffed character. The reason why she seems slow is because people who aren’t good with her spam side attack the entire game and play very stationary, but she herself can adapt a rushdown playstyle when she needs to. With that said, she still belongs where she is, I’d say even below iron giant. I’ve seen the potential of every character in 1s and as a garnet main I feel like she has to work much harder and outplay the opponent to have a chance to win almost any kind of competitive match.
I'm Garnet main as well, but think she is underrated actually. I believe a base speed boost would fix a lot of issues I have with her in air.
We just need more disjoints man they had the right idea with that patch but it only changed three moves. She needs her arms to have no hurtbox on them once she commits to a strike
her charged down-special needs to be buffed or add a shaggy style shockwave, almost everyone can break it.

Disagree with the reindog place, he has his side special and his up tilt as "get off me" tools which are great for punishing predictable approaches. This combos well with his projectiles that reduce options and force these predictable approaches. On offence reindog's damage & combos (even without the loop) still are ridiculous for dropping hp. Hes kind of like the anti-superman where you play a 1 v 2 game but your lives are crazy powerful. I think he deserves a place in A, despite the down special nerfs
Bugs Bunny is so good, only a few people know how to play against him
I played Batman in ranked, I'm not thaat good with Batman, i'd say im pretty decent, BUT, Batman IS SO op. He's so fast for no reason. I was on par with a lvl 30 Finn and still managed to beat them. I easily got to gold but omg did it take a long time. There are currently 2 people at master somehow. Idk how tf but good for them. Can't wait till ranked gets more tweaks and also batman.. good god.

Bruh if Slush runs into a high leveled Garnet main it's on sight. I bet my fellow Garnet mains understand we work our asses off to outplay y'all. I don't bitch about her speed I just get a utility perk for her speed and aerial attacks and keep it pushing. If I lose I lose if I win I win.
Damn man it’s gotten to the point where I only play like an hour or 2 per month. Your videos like this one have become more fun than the game itself. Let’s check out the list!

I agree with everything in this list except for maybe Harley. I think she's below Finn personally.

This tier list is mostly really good but one thing that really irks me is that you talk about how bad Garnet is then proceed to put her in C tier, C tier is supposed to be for the mediocre characters, D tier exists for a reason. Again, I have much less experience in the game than you so I take your word over mine, I just think Garnet should’ve been in D tier by your own logic.
The only one I disagree with is Lebron. I fought a good bit of Lebrons. One thing I learned is dunk KOs too early and you could do it in combos. He's heavy, he's fast. Basketball in certain maps is oppressive such as we have to jump up to avoid the basketball however they can read our jump and punish us for it.
Please make a video about Garnet. The devs don’t care about her, and pretty much deny that she’s bad on Twitter.
The game is 2v2 based so while she’s still trash in 1v1s the buffs def helped in 2v2 as a level 23 Garnett
Too 100 garnet and she is much better now thanks to song. You gotta dance a lot now but it gives you a speed increase and that affects jump and ground speed
As a Gizmo main, i disagree with your opinion on him. His popcorn and notes are super effective against most attacks.
Even though Steven and raindog are not the best at "B" tier every time I face a good Steven or raindog I get desrtoyed hahaha

Nice tier list. i just disagree that arya is A TIER or at least put she in the same category as tj and taz. I think tj is so hard to play in 1v1 against assassins. Idk i face so many morty and arya, i think this characters aren’t so hard to play. morty fair is faster them ww fair and have insane priority, once you got hited by this there aways a good combo.
Garnet never gets the love she deserves in these tier lists.

You aren’t playing at High Level if you put Lebron and IG in low tier
I heavily explained both 💀 for IG specifically I said his grab to death combo makes him S tier but without that he’s horrible, so I didn’t know where to put him since he doesn’t really fit in the game right now. just watch the vid before you comment
@@slushMV his kit is more than his 0-death. As someone who is playing top 1k matches, he’s so hard to deal with at high level in 1’s. Lebron is also really good

She struggles the most against assasins I’ve found but thank god they gutted Harley she was the worst matchup by far. Batman too it’s one of the reasons she gets a bad wrap is cause she was doing extra bad against most top tiers
And they buffed Harley. lol
superman is S tier, there is a reason why anthos is top 1 in 1v1s, just look at clips of his play style

nah anthos is a special case, its really easy to counter a superman even tho its a good character, just dont get cheeze and you are good not very hard, his damage is very limited

I've beat level 30 superman players with my level 12 garnet so I don't know about that.
Bugs has to be lower, and Superman has to higher(low S tier to high A tier)

Cool gameplay but it seemed a bit irrelevant to have stripe on screen when you're talking about another character and their traits. As opposed to showing relevant clips

seriously have you never played a top 10 garnet there really hard to beat even top players have problems as well
top 10 anyone is hard to beat, that doesn't mean the character is good

Everyones complaining about how good arya(arya main here) is, but I swear I lose so many matches but beat almost every arya I face. I swear she sucks 😭😭😭
I really lose to most of the s tier characters, definitely think shaggy belongs there with his insane bitbox.
you haven’t played a good Arya then most probably, she is an extremely oppressive character. i play Finn and it’s still so difficult to deal with her
