noskilz04 I have his signature tele and black jazzmaster. The tele’s a great Instrument but the Jazzmaster I can not put it down. Its so Comfortable to play and just sounds awesome. Maybe because it’s a big chunk of mahogany. Something is special about them.

Wesley Warren I’m not digging the inlays either. But I do like the Zebra look. And they will look badass in my black Jim Root Jazzmaster. What’s cool about EMGs is there’s no soldering involved now. You just plug them i like a toaster. So you can change the pickups around every time you restring you’re guitar if you wanted. Variety is the spice.
Nimitz 17 I have some emgs I get that appeal because I hate wiring. I just like covered pickups. Nothing looks better imo. I wish I could afford a Jim root guitar. I wish I could play one first tho. Guitar stores suck these days and only have the most basic things. I’ve wanted a Jim root tele for like 10 years now it’s crazy.
Wesley Warren I have the Jim Root Tele too. I ordered both online. Got the JM off Reverb, And the Tele new from Sweetwater. You can try them out that way. If you don’t like them you can send them back. But I knew I’d be keeping them lol I’m not to picky and been playing fenders my whole life.

These sound just like 81/60. You can’t tell a difference at so much high gain anyways
or just use an overdrive
