It's criminal (pun intended) that if someone steals $5,000 from a bank, it's a crime, but if someone defrauds tens of thousands of people out of millions of dollars it's a "civil infraction."

Scamming is the most common way to riches. It's a huge propaganda victory that so much of America has been convinced that wealth is obtained through hard work. There are millions of hard working Americans who struggle their whole life and will never see wealth.
The key ingredients to most wealth is a singular focus on wealth (aka greed) and a willingness to trample on others to get it. What we never talk about is that there is a finite amount of wealth. For one person to have $400B, many others must be poor.

I’m an accountant who worked at 2 big 4 firms doing financial statement audits and transaction advisory, which includes the preparation of the quality of earnings reports . First of all the audit and QOE are different things. Audits provide assurance that the statements are reported reasonably. Quality of Earnings are a deeper analysis into the business model, like reviewing past a predicted cash flows, segmented incomes, working capital analysis etc. Secondly, those reports do not prove or disprove whether or not a business model is a scam for the employees or customers. Lastly, every time PBD talks technical finance, I cringe. This guy knows very little about accounting or finance. Idk why he pretends like he knows, many entrepreneurs don’t know much about accounting, he should just stay in his lane. This guy is a total fraud.

80 hours a week isn't a work ethic it's slavery. I'm sick and tired of these idiots telling people what is work ethic and what isnt. The fact is that the people need some form of Union to be able to stand up to corporate greed and wickedness. My experience with corporate executives is that they will take take take take and will give as little as possible to their employees. They will fire employees as a first measure because they have no creativity in tough times. They will fire employees on a whim unless they are given some kind of challenge by the workers in the form of unity.

Yeah the system is def not in the employees favor. You wanna rise the ranks and earn a promotion? You gotta go above and beyond what you got hired to do. Working 9-5 and completing all your duties and responsibilities for the day is not satisfactory for management. You're labeled as a selfish, non team player if you don't do more than your job description. If you don't come an hour earlier than you're instructed to and stay past your scheduled shift, you're lazy and have poor work ethic. You can accomplish more in your scheduled 9-5 mandatory shift than your coworker who comes in 8-6 trying to show he's a hard worker and complete the same amount of work as you do in your 8 hours compared to his 10 hours. They'll see your co worker coming in an hr earlier than you and hold that against you. But when it comes down to the output between the two of you employees, its relatively similar. I would be more impressed and happier with my employee who works his scheduled hours and fulfills his duties for the day in his scheduled hours than the employee who needs to come an hr earlier and stays an hr later.
We need to stop this idea that employees who work for free are somehow better employees and are more of a team player than the worker who simply does what hes hired to do for the compensation they agreed up on. You want me to increase my output and workload, pay me more. You want me to take initiative and do more than my job description, you better compensate me accordingly. There better be some sort of appreciation/recognition of my hard work or else whats the point of doing more?
I worked with a lot of immigrants in the restaurant industry. They would never think twice about saying no to thr boss when it came to violating their rights as an employee. In Canada, if i work a shift and end at let's say 2am for a wedding as a cook, you can't schedule me the next day until 2pm. But my boss would have them scheduled the next shift at 8am after finishing their previous shift 6hrs earlier. He tried that with me too. I told him it wasn't happening. But my coworkers were Chinese immigrants that came to Canada 40 years ago and this was their first job. They got paid more than min wage as immigrants and therefore were able to cultivate a decent living in the middle class. They were a husband and wife. Couldn't speak a lick of English when they came but they learned and can now speak well enough for me to understand. They are so grateful for their bosses and the establishment we work for cause if it wasn't for them, they wouldnt be able to earn $40/hr that they make today working anywhere else. I told them they have rights as employees and were being exploitrd but they didn't care. They said if it wasn't for this job they wouldn't have a nice home, 2 decent cars and put their kids through college. And I can appreciate that mentality. It kinda makes me feel like a spoiled brat when I see how they see it. In their eyes, they're exploring the employer not the other way around.

@@michaelbriones6295 BS propaganda. The greatest propaganda success of the elites was to convince the average American of a correlation between wealth and work ethic. There are millions of hard working Americans who will never see wealth.
The key ingredients of wealth are a singular focus on wealth (aka greed) and a willingness to trample over people (e.g. tax evasion, anti-regulatory lobbying, etc). There is finite wealth. This is what is exciting me about this age of truth. These fake gurus, and the so called 'successful people ' who have been calling the rest of us lazy and giving us useless tips on how to live our lives are coming down like dominos 😂
And in this age of truth, it finally feels good for us genuine and hardworking people to be vindicated that we are not actually lazy, we are just not criminals.

Several months ago I did a search on how PBD made his money and what came up was a bunch of complaints on Reddit from agents talking about how they charged them to become an agent and then expected them to sell to all their family and then drop them after things slowed down and sales dropped. They all were saying it was a pyramid scheme and he was just taking advantage of the minority communities. However some big company bought it and is still going. He taught them how to do it well.

Just today the Biz Bros were lying about a new law in New Jersey that changes the hiring standards for teachers because they have a teacher shortage. PBD and crew were giving the impression (basically lying by omission) that new teachers would not have to pass basic skills tests like knowing how to read, write, do math, etc. before being able to teach kids. In fact the new law allows prospective teachers who don't take the so-called Praxis test to get an "alternate teaching certificate" that can become a standard teaching certificate after four years of continuous employment as a teacher at a public school, charter school or private school for students with disabilities. PBD of course does this lying by omission to shit on blue states and Democratic leaders, and they do this kind of thing on the regular.

I despise this type of scam with a fiery passion. These rackets are all over South Florida, where I live, and they got my little sister caught up in one their schemes. They never paid her after 2 months of working, pushed her to do 10 hours of door-to-door sales every day and recruit others. They constantly pushed videos on the salespeople (all of whom were under 25, funnily enough) showcasing the vast wealth they would make once they stuck around. It ended with them dragging her to NYC and forcing her into a "temporary" state of working homelessness, wherein my mother and i had enough of it. Law enforcement refused to do anything, since it was technically legal, so we flew up to New York, threatened to expose their scam if they didnt let her go, and convinced her to come home, even though she was resistant to it due to the propaganda they pushed on her. We suspect there might have been a human trafficking element to it, particularly since she exhibited strong drug withdrawal symptoms after leaving, but she got better with time. Now, all is well, and we are much more conscious of how vile these companies can be.
