It's criminal (pun intended) that if someone steals $5,000 from a bank, it's a crime, but if someone defrauds tens of thousands of people out of millions of dollars it's a "civil infraction."
Growing up, my parents told me "don't rob banks, the real money is in embezzlement." These days you don't even need to embezzle, nobody enforces the laws anymore
PBD, TYT, Joe rogan, nelk boys, Theo von etc etc are to blame for orange garbage- disgusting.
Scammers, grifters podcasters.
Don’t be fooled, PBD is main stream media.
He has tricked us into thinking he is against the establishment, but hires Chris Cuomo and tries to hire Stephen A Smith and all these momo’s.
This man IS Main Stream Media, and desperately wants money and power. He will have a successful media business, then bounce, just like he did with his insurance business.
Do not trust this man. He is the enemy of us. He just hasn’t succeeded enough to show that..
Nope, people are dumb.
Its because laws are designed to protect the state and its agents above all else.
I like how he is like "My wife worked very hard raising our kids while I was running a scam"
Or “I was too cheap to hire a nanny.”
@@MJH-kr4zgI'm sure he had a nanny(ies), but just like the families my daughter worked for in Los Angeles while attending university (legit billionaires, every one owned a professional sports team -- NFL, NBA, NHL). That would be our entire political system!!!!
Scamming is the most common way to riches. It's a huge propaganda victory that so much of America has been convinced that wealth is obtained through hard work. There are millions of hard working Americans who struggle their whole life and will never see wealth.
The key ingredients to most wealth is a singular focus on wealth (aka greed) and a willingness to trample on others to get it. What we never talk about is that there is a finite amount of wealth. For one person to have $400B, many others must be poor.
@Kimberly-op9xv stop. Stop pretending there isn't a difference between those who try to serve the public and thous who want the public to serve them.

He didn't misunderstand, this is what these scammers do, they ramble on and on and on and never address your question.
He did the exact thing on his interview w Coffeezilla.
It was hilarious to see him get roasted in the comments though 😂😂😂😂
"Send me $2000, and I'll tell you how I became rich" is a very epitome of hiding in plain sight.

The show really wasn’t horrible in the beginning. At least in my opinion. Seemed right leaning of course but they tried to report the news as it came. Idk if some money started coming in as they grew in popularity from conservative money. But definitely doesn’t seem the same now.

I’m an accountant who worked at 2 big 4 firms doing financial statement audits and transaction advisory, which includes the preparation of the quality of earnings reports . First of all the audit and QOE are different things. Audits provide assurance that the statements are reported reasonably. Quality of Earnings are a deeper analysis into the business model, like reviewing past a predicted cash flows, segmented incomes, working capital analysis etc. Secondly, those reports do not prove or disprove whether or not a business model is a scam for the employees or customers. Lastly, every time PBD talks technical finance, I cringe. This guy knows very little about accounting or finance. Idk why he pretends like he knows, many entrepreneurs don’t know much about accounting, he should just stay in his lane. This guy is a total fraud.
He had his buddy explain it for him and his buddy was completely wrong too lol. He is a doofus sales guy, reminds me of a bad car salesman

There is no such thing as a legitimate MLM. Just because they are legal does not mean they are not scams. 99% of people who join MLMs lose money. Therefore, if you run an MLM, you are a scammer, by definition.
They're all illegal, they just haven't been prosecuted yet. White collar crime is rife in the US, and the authorities do little to nothing about it.
Depends, if they require you to buy stock or hold things then yeah pretty much everyone loses on those. There are some where you just get a cut but hold nothing, those you can't usually lose....so some of those add in membership fees or some other way. There's a few rare ones where neither of those happen and you can actually make money. Not my cup of tea, I hate sales/talking to people.
And remember; trickle down economics is really just MLM. Masses at the bottom working to sustain a few at the top.
To lowlifes like PBD, "it's not illegal" = "it's not wrong"
@@MoriguTheDeadthe ones that don't require you to keep stock still require you to buy product "for yourself" which is highly marked up to begin with, and those with membership fees are simply a cherry on top, but they were making money off u even before the membership fee.

A) u make a little bit of money at their big expense, and the people above u take a bigger cut, OR
B) u and your friends all lose money, but the people above u got a cut of the money u lost

Excellent point!!!
80 hours a week isn't a work ethic it's slavery. I'm sick and tired of these idiots telling people what is work ethic and what isnt. The fact is that the people need some form of Union to be able to stand up to corporate greed and wickedness. My experience with corporate executives is that they will take take take take and will give as little as possible to their employees. They will fire employees as a first measure because they have no creativity in tough times. They will fire employees on a whim unless they are given some kind of challenge by the workers in the form of unity.
THATS WHY UNIONS ARR GOOD!
Yeah the system is def not in the employees favor. You wanna rise the ranks and earn a promotion? You gotta go above and beyond what you got hired to do. Working 9-5 and completing all your duties and responsibilities for the day is not satisfactory for management. You're labeled as a selfish, non team player if you don't do more than your job description. If you don't come an hour earlier than you're instructed to and stay past your scheduled shift, you're lazy and have poor work ethic. You can accomplish more in your scheduled 9-5 mandatory shift than your coworker who comes in 8-6 trying to show he's a hard worker and complete the same amount of work as you do in your 8 hours compared to his 10 hours. They'll see your co worker coming in an hr earlier than you and hold that against you. But when it comes down to the output between the two of you employees, its relatively similar. I would be more impressed and happier with my employee who works his scheduled hours and fulfills his duties for the day in his scheduled hours than the employee who needs to come an hr earlier and stays an hr later.
We need to stop this idea that employees who work for free are somehow better employees and are more of a team player than the worker who simply does what hes hired to do for the compensation they agreed up on. You want me to increase my output and workload, pay me more. You want me to take initiative and do more than my job description, you better compensate me accordingly. There better be some sort of appreciation/recognition of my hard work or else whats the point of doing more?
I worked with a lot of immigrants in the restaurant industry. They would never think twice about saying no to thr boss when it came to violating their rights as an employee. In Canada, if i work a shift and end at let's say 2am for a wedding as a cook, you can't schedule me the next day until 2pm. But my boss would have them scheduled the next shift at 8am after finishing their previous shift 6hrs earlier. He tried that with me too. I told him it wasn't happening. But my coworkers were Chinese immigrants that came to Canada 40 years ago and this was their first job. They got paid more than min wage as immigrants and therefore were able to cultivate a decent living in the middle class. They were a husband and wife. Couldn't speak a lick of English when they came but they learned and can now speak well enough for me to understand. They are so grateful for their bosses and the establishment we work for cause if it wasn't for them, they wouldnt be able to earn $40/hr that they make today working anywhere else. I told them they have rights as employees and were being exploitrd but they didn't care. They said if it wasn't for this job they wouldn't have a nice home, 2 decent cars and put their kids through college. And I can appreciate that mentality. It kinda makes me feel like a spoiled brat when I see how they see it. In their eyes, they're exploring the employer not the other way around.
He was working 80 hours a week running his OWN business. Completely his choice. The nice thing about capitalism is that you don't *have* to want to be insanely rich, but you CAN. The tricky part is that it's not easy and you might have to work twice as much and risk every penny you earned. And sometimes you lose

Like scamway. I worked at a hotel and during one of their events a ton of the younger folks came back absolutely devastated they had the look on their faces as if someone had crapped in their cereal bowl and expected them to eat it. They left super excited and came back absolutely crushed.
So, according to PBD, unpaid workers are working harder than owners of companies, even in his own household.
Gold.
Something can be unethical yet legal at the same time.
PBD: "The public has no idea about the level of investigation and scrutiny that goes into these financial transactions".
Also PBD: "I'm a bigly Trump supporter. Trump pleaded the 5th over 400 times during depositions about his finances....and it worked. But again, the public has no idea about the degree of scrutiny successful people like myself and Donald Trump undergo."
(If you're a PBD podcast fanboy or fangirl, send this comment to him for his analysis and explanation.)
If there is more pressure to recruit salespeople than to sell product, then the salespeople ARE the product
I’ve never taken out extra insurance on appliances since my sister worked for an electrical store and told me that the focus was all on selling that extra insurance. That’s where they made their money, not from selling appliances
PRECISELY!!!
THEY WOULD GO AND RECRUIT IN POOR MINORITY COMMUNITIES AND LIE ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY COULD MAKE SELLING INSURANCE!!!
Once they sign up and pay their $200 fee, (plus buy the insurance) they must go out and recruit more suckers to join!!!
Recruiting customers by tricking them into thinking they're their own business owners, while mandating them to pay into the system through product purchases to maintain rank and certification. Truly an MLM experience.
He's a typical MLM guy.🤦🏾♂️
He keeps changing the subject to intimate family matters because he’s looking for sympathy from others in the midst of scamming allegations of how he first made his money
It was just a matter of time before the scam got exposed.
This is what is exciting me about this age of truth. These fake gurus, and the so called 'successful people ' who have been calling the rest of us lazy and giving us useless tips on how to live our lives are coming down like dominos 😂
And in this age of truth, it finally feels good for us genuine and hardworking people to be vindicated that we are not actually lazy, we are just not criminals.
It's an interesting age to have lived through.
He needs to be exposed.
Several months ago I did a search on how PBD made his money and what came up was a bunch of complaints on Reddit from agents talking about how they charged them to become an agent and then expected them to sell to all their family and then drop them after things slowed down and sales dropped. They all were saying it was a pyramid scheme and he was just taking advantage of the minority communities. However some big company bought it and is still going. He taught them how to do it well.
I think Patrick still retains enough stocks to call himself the CEO, but he's clearly distancing himself from it now that his podcasting grift has taken off.
PBD gives of vibes of a blustering guy trying to hide the scared little boy that he is.
I think PBDs company being a scam would fit right into an insurance company and they'd be delighted to buy it.
Why don't they teach you in High School how to be a scammy huckster? These are essential skills for prospering under capitalism.
Thanks for exposing pbd
Robbing a bank while leaving behind gas canisters that spread amnesia. Pretty much PBD.
80 Hours a week seriously? Maybe he's a clone and the original has all the brains and integrity.
Ermmm he spent 3 hours doing actual work and 77 hours “protecting his investments” reading the news and listening to podcasts. That’s 80 hours of work sweaty
Ha ha! Talk about LOL, I was eating and just taking a bite when I read that, that piece of chicken almost flew across the room.
@@MojoHaiku Careful you don't choke, wouldn't want you to have to rely on America's crap health care system.
The bank doesn't require an inspection. I thought these guys were supposed to be smart businessmen.
Beat me to it! I just retired from 30 years in mortgage lending; lenders don't require inspections, they require appraisals. (although sometimes the underwriting algorithm will issue an waiver for that depending on LTV, zip code, credit score etc etc) Dude doesn't know what he's talking about, consequently the whole premise of his point is nonsensical.
Just today the Biz Bros were lying about a new law in New Jersey that changes the hiring standards for teachers because they have a teacher shortage. PBD and crew were giving the impression (basically lying by omission) that new teachers would not have to pass basic skills tests like knowing how to read, write, do math, etc. before being able to teach kids. In fact the new law allows prospective teachers who don't take the so-called Praxis test to get an "alternate teaching certificate" that can become a standard teaching certificate after four years of continuous employment as a teacher at a public school, charter school or private school for students with disabilities. PBD of course does this lying by omission to shit on blue states and Democratic leaders, and they do this kind of thing on the regular.
As an honest person, I hate when the government makes sure that when I sell my 250M business that my books aren't cooked.
PBD didn't misinterpret the accusation..... He spun it to his crowd so they would misinterpret the article..... technically it's legal so he won't ever admit anything... But morally he knows it's shady
He likes to deflect like Destiny
LOL,...just because something is legal doesn't mean it isn't a scam.
PBD is _astonishingly_ stupid, and one of the greatest indictments against “meritocracy” haha
"I loved community notes until it targeted me."
All it takes is 5 minutes of watching pbd to understand he is a snake.
He didn't misunderstand, he just misrepresented the facts to make his position seem better.
I despise this type of scam with a fiery passion. These rackets are all over South Florida, where I live, and they got my little sister caught up in one their schemes. They never paid her after 2 months of working, pushed her to do 10 hours of door-to-door sales every day and recruit others. They constantly pushed videos on the salespeople (all of whom were under 25, funnily enough) showcasing the vast wealth they would make once they stuck around. It ended with them dragging her to NYC and forcing her into a "temporary" state of working homelessness, wherein my mother and i had enough of it. Law enforcement refused to do anything, since it was technically legal, so we flew up to New York, threatened to expose their scam if they didnt let her go, and convinced her to come home, even though she was resistant to it due to the propaganda they pushed on her. We suspect there might have been a human trafficking element to it, particularly since she exhibited strong drug withdrawal symptoms after leaving, but she got better with time. Now, all is well, and we are much more conscious of how vile these companies can be.
I'm so glad you were able to rescue her from those unscrupulous people many don't have a loved one to save them. Good on you.
Thank god your sister is doing better now my brother 😊😊😊
Sounds like a cult
Literally a human trafficking slavery ring. Florida is such a cess pool

PBD practicing that “weave” that’s real popular on the right these days 😂
The guy was always the obvious epic clown.
Capitalism is now at the point where by the only way to make 'real money' and get ahead is either by running some sort of scam of becoming a RUclipsr (which in itself is a scam)
The RUclips part.... 🎯
You could argue that’s always staff it’s been
he’s still saying “by the way”
Everyone working 12 hour shifts at McDonalds works 84 hours a week. 4 more than PDB. Yet only PDB became rich.
No one is working 12hr shifts 7 days a week at McDonalds.
🤑 40 years ago, my husband and I got scammed by a slick insurance agent.
He talked us into taking out a (stupid) Whole Life policy, which was an EXPENSIVE MISTAKE!
That agent was definitely a SCAMMER! (Maybe he worked for PBD! 😂)
Someone tried to recruit me for PHP (his life insurance company) once. You have to recruiter agents below you to make any money. And you have to sell life insurance to family and friends. Lol
By definition, a pyramid scheme
An audit of your books does not prove that your business is or is not a scam. It proves that your accounting team knows what they are doing on a daily basis. I conduct business audits. Nuff said.
Absolutely that's how he made his money, very first time I heard the scheme I knew he was a fraud.
I mean everybody who knows how to google has known for a while. Still its so satisfying to see it all go public😂
Its satisfying to know that's all this "podcast" has. So what he's made millions how he did. He still has a logical understanding of leadership, unlike the weak left.
17:38 this is a master class of deflection word salad and whataboutism, PBD really turned the conversation into blaming democrats instead of actually talking about the topic that’s why he’s a millionaire scammer because he’s a expert in talking about nothing just saying a bunch of nothing 😂😂
You're an expert in using zero grammar.
@@stevenfoster4066 you must be the grammar police 😂😂
