Hey, airbus require you to arm speed breaks and max autobreak in case you need to reject (stop) the takeoff. That way, when you deploy the reverse thrust, then the aircraft will automatically apply max autobreak to stop the aircraft ASAP and also the speed break to help slow down. If you do not arm the two systems then the aircraft will sound a continuous red master caution when you apply takeoff thrust, because the aircraft is not in the correct takeoff configuration. Hope this helps! :)
I turn the autopilot on while the thrust is on toga, and even though the auto thrust is on, it never pulls back the thrust, nor it seems to follow the speed I set it to. Does the auto thrust only work when the thrusts are on “climb”?
You can turn on the autopilot whilst on TOGA but the thrust will stay MAX so you need to bring it back to climb thrust (When it says) and then it will manage the thrust on its own
Hello, when I turn on autopilot, the airplane just starts banking to the right until I take over control. It doesn’t follow the flight plan at all, just keeps banking to the right until it crashes. I followed all of your steps exactly and I still have the same results. Any ideas?
@@AviationJack It seems like a few other people are having the same issue... thank you for the suggestions though. Keep up the great videos! Have a good one.

You press the Period/Full stop key on your keyboard
@@AviationJack okay thanks
Why do you need to arm the speed brake and put autobrand to the maximum at take off?

That sounds like a bug to me! If I was you I would report it to MSFS forum or do a full reinstall. Sorry about that
