Tip : To assist the Bees
: Better to have a Sloping Floor in that Lower base Box. That way the Bees will walk uphill, so to speak,
onto those Frames you provided in that Nuc Box.
Better to have an Inner Cover / with added Top Screen (to keep the Bees from flying out when you pop that Hive Lid.)
And dont have that lower box screen at all.
The Shop Vac Hose should "Suck" from the Top Roof Vent ! (Not that lower one.) You've got it back to front ???
It should be as follows : A lower (low flow rate Tube) off that Front base : to gather the Bees.
They then get gently sucked into that lower Floor Tube Area, crawl up that Sloping Floor and then they Walk right up onto those awaiting Frames ! Correct Beeline of Travel !👍
Memo : no Screen Material should be placed or used in that lower Base Box and the Hive Body [Frame Box.] Or bees won't be able to move on up !
Bees move up a Hive in working its internal Environment. Just saying. . .
    Hope this helps folk. 😎

    Information :
Your Demo is in an incorrect Air Flow use Re Vac Tube use and placement.
Top is Vacuum Suction access. The lower one is for the Bee Suction Tube (taking them along and eventually up into that Hive Brood Box.
    Just clarifying things correctly. 🙄
