    Note: These vegan chicken drumsticks can no longer be found on mylkguys website because they went out of business. There are other plant-based online grocery stores and you can sometimes find them in the frozen section of the asian supermarket.
    You can substitute fried or baked tofu, chickpeas, vegetables, mushrooms, gardein chicken, or any other vegan protein you want for the vegan chicken I used. For a simpler recipe just make the sauce and throw in whatever you want.
    RECIPE:
    The Eat More Plants Official Vegan "Chicken" Tikka Masala🍃🍃🍃
    Marinated "Chicken"🍃
    7 Vegan "Chicken" Drumsticks
    1/2 cup plant-based Yogurt (I recommend GT's brand, not the brand I used in this video)
    2 tbsp Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp Garlic, minced
    1 tsp Ginger, minced
    1 tsp Turmeric Powder
    1 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
    1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
    1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
    1/2 tsp Garam Masala
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    Tikka Masala Sauce🍃
    3-4 tbsp Oil
    2 tsp Cumin Seeds
    1 1/4 cups Onion, chopped
    2 tbsp Garlic, minced
    1 heaping tbsp Ginger, minced
    1-3 Green Chili's, sliced (depending on spice preference - for mild use 1 or none at all)
    2 tbsp Tomato Paste
    1/2 cup Tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 tsp Garam Masala
    1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
    1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
    2 tsp Coriander Powder
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper
    1 1/4 cup Water
    14 oz Coconut Cream (1 normal sized can, or 3/4 of the Mae Ploy Coconut Cream can) or Soy Cream or Cashew Cream
    1 tsp Fenugreek Leaves (optional but recommended)
    7 Marinated Vegan Chicken Drumsticks or vegan protein of choice
    1/2 large or 1 small Lime, juiced
    Handful of Cilantro, chopped
    Taste and adjust seasoning to your liking. Add more salt if necessary.
    1st step of marinating in yogurt and spices is optional. For a simpler recipe, just make the sauce and throw any vegan proteins or vegetables you like in there.
    Indian Style Rice🍃
    2 cups Basmati Rice. rinsed and well drained
    2 cups Water
    2 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Cumin Seeds
    1/2 tsp Turmeric
    5 Green Cardomon
    3 Cloves
    1 Bay Leaf
