Imagine a dark and brutal far cry game with hardcore elements like the 2nd game where you play as Jacob, that would be an amazing way to refresh and shake up the repetitiveness of the series right now, even just as a dlc or a shorter spin off game that would be dope
This is basically what the FC6 dlc turned out to be in my opinion. Derivative, but well-executed. Everything else about the game sucks ass tho. it's not even worth it, don't buy it

I loved Jacob’s entire theme of conditioning, mainly since it fucking worked 😂 but the whitetail mountains is probably my favorite location in all of the far cry games besides kyrat and the Himalayas. It really sells the just a random forested area in America with all the campsites, streams, waterfalls and the loading screen for the area is probably the best in game with the wolf drinking by the mountain stream. Just a great area in game and in my opinion the best area in the game giving you two op companions. Jess’s ability helped get money from hunting and cheeseburger is a tank 😂
I wish they would make a show called Hope County, And the Deputy doesn’t get introduced until season 2, And this way they can show how the town went from normal to how it is in the game. And they could even make the deputy be a bit like Jack Reacher and Daryl mixed into a highly trained fighter. And most importantly the actor that plays as Daryl could play as Eli.

The thing that made him see his test is building a crib for his wife and newborn daughter while they were out one night and they got into a car accident and his wife died He then believed he had his "test" and closed the oxygen tubes, sacrificing his daughter John, who was told he was a nobody all his life, being the favorite to be beaten by their abusive father, and bullied by everyone in school Or Faith, who had the same fate as John and was adopted by the father (her name is actually Rachel but is named after Joseph's wife, Faith) Also, Joesph lost his whole family to the resistance just to be right about the whole collapse thing

He told his story when ur in the cage if I remember correctly and I got that he was putting everyone thru what he went thru. If ur a perceptive Lil gamer the farcry 5 protagonist has eaten human flesh, exposed to crazy drugs over long term, got brainwashed, sprints across a county multiple times over, etc. Without speaking a word. Sounds like a crazy ass time
I still think Jacob would have been a better either main antagonist or twist main antagonist in Far Cry 5. The guy had more presence, intimidation and competence than the other 3 Seeds combined!
