It always looks like great work. Hey, I know this is an older video, but have you purchased a track saw. It's a game changer for aluminum work. I use a makita cordless for my woodwork, but the corded has a bit more power for cutting metal aluminum products. Just figure I would throw that out there.
Great looking welds but I noticed there's no structural integrity between to stop flexation of transom caused by torque of the engine and weight of boat with a load of people 👌👍

I used 1/8" material.
