Mate I guarantee your transom has a significant amount of rot. I can see where the transom looks compressed form the through bolts on the upper portion or the pod ,the cut off section. You should have removed the whole thing and do it properly. Just because your using carbon fibre in the epoxy mix doesn’t mean a thing at all not one bit. It’s a half job it needs to be glassed for structural integrity. Good luck, 1 year in now how’s it holding up ?

I see you have not followed up with posts. Instead of thinking your at a level to teach you need to be taught you know 0 about the basics
