My husband cooks burgers exactly the way you do, onions and all. He says I'm extra because I put the meat in a bowl, season it and mix it together. He says he don't have time for that. 😆 I like how you do your buns. I've seen people on RUclips put mayo on grilled cheese sandwiches instead of butter, but it looks very buttery. I'll have to try it.
Thank you! Girl I tried mayo on grilled cheese and I didn't like it that much, but it's perfect for burger buns. Your hubby sounds like mine lol and we are the same because for years I would always season the meat in the bowl and mix together too🤷🏾♀️, but my hubby would do the opposite and his meat would come out juicier than mines. So I had to switch it up lol. But either way is still really good though ☺️
Now, that's my kind of burger & fries. I love myself some mayo too! I'd have to put some pickles on it. I don't usually eat onions on mine. But I think I'd like them grilled like that. Now I wanna get my hamburger meat out the freezer & make a 🍔 fr fr!!! That looks delicious!!!
What kind of oil do you use in the pan for the burgers? I’ve typically used vegetable oil but if you’re using something else then I’ll give it a go cause these look great.
