Nothing but love for you two dudes. Dillinger are one of my favourite bands of all time & the Slay at Home shows are massively enjoyable & have contributed in large part to keeping me sane in a life without live shows this past year. Thanks Ben & Frank, appreciate you both greatly \m/ \m/
Going to DEP shoes was a hobby of mine and I used to chat with Ben & Billy when I used Facebook back in the day. Ben was always so friendly and insightful during our chats. A real gentleman and a musical genius.
TDEP was the most influential band on my playing and single handedly pushed me to "git gud" at playing music almost no one wants to hear. Ben is a great guy who I was lucky enough to meet and interview on the Ire Works tour in Boston. Much love.
Ben is a true genius & inspiring human being. And Kimbra is brilliant in her own right, both have been heroes of mine since the beginning ❤️ Cool interview, thanks for posting & be safe & well 😊👍
Thanks for this. Really candid conversation. Love you opening up about therapy, men don't need to be afraid of seeking help. It's healthy. I still remember the DEP show in Moscow from the farewell tour 😢
I had a good 10 minute conversation with Ben before a TDEP show in la Jolla, CA. Easy to approach and had interesting insight. I don't think he liked my Pantera shirt, but he seems to enjoy interacting with fans. The only thing that wasn't asked in this interview, was the possibility of another giraffe tongue orchestra album. I really dug what they did on the first album
I love that Ben says he hasn't learned anything from fashion people but he's wearing glasses like Frank would wear in the art gallery episode of Sunny. 😅
So my favourite guitarist, from my favourite band, also has animal welfare interests, and is articulate and open-minded, to boot? What's not to like here? Kudos to the interviewer, Frank, who I don't know beyond this interview, but who does a great job of keeping the conversation interesting and flowing. Also, he's vegan. Very cool.
Weird that I’ve been listening to tons of Dillinger lately. Also weird that I’ve been watching a lot of Always Sunny a lot too recently and a Marc Maron interview with Danny DeVito just came out.
big surprise. film scoring. i mean i get it but it's like dude you're not trent. the fucking filter guy tried to sell the same shit and it's like...STOP TRYING TO GET A BAG FOR SHITTY MOVIE MUSIC AND KEEP DOING COOL FUCKING SHIT!!! You don't need Greg or anyone else to keep releasing sick shit.

i can't wait for one day to tell my grandkids that Ben Weinman landed on my head once
He played, standing up, on my shoulder 😅
Him and I hugged last weekend
The decision to end DEP was so DEP and bookmarked our beloved band perfectly. Nicely done Ben, thank you brother...

Ben is one of the sweetest humans in the metals
and at the same time he would kill you in live shows
have you checked out his interview with that kid? its so sweet
Great interview - no interruptions, plenty of space with answers, good questions. Hard to find a fresh interview with Ben like this.
@Simon Gander, Totally agree. That's the difference you get when two articulate and open-minded friends broadcast one of their conversations.

I miss the days when TDEP existed
