Hi Dick, thanks for uploading the vids of this show, if you have more footage we'd all like to see it, if it is damaged you might want to see if Christopher Hazard on youtube could help, you did a great job with this one!
Thanks so much for sharing this Dick. Twenty-year old me was there dancing like the (other) kids in your video. I've never seen any footage of these shows, so this is such wonderful treat. As I recall, the jam right before NFA sounded like St. Stephen (a well-loved tune they hadn't played in several years) to many of the Heads there and they were bummed when the band went into NFA. I didn't agree and just dug the NFA. And how right Bobby and Jerry were with the lyrics of that tune, as 42 years later I'm still spending beaucoup bucks to fly out to see them (well, Jerry only spiritually) play!
Yes, I get it....Boulder is not Red Rocks....but 42 years ago when I shot the story we worked the day in Boulder and then went to the concert at Red Rocks so I put them together.
Well it was 42 years ago ;-) ....we shot the Kerouac ON THE ROAD piece in Boulder and the interview with Garcia and Weir in the evening at the concert in Red Rocks. The video title is burned in so I can only correct it in the description. Thanks for watching.

Brent’s era rocks!!!
Had tickets for 82 Red Rocks but didn't have the money to get there from Cali. Bummer
Love is real and not fade away
I’m gonna love you night and day
Nice, but Boulder is about 25 miles north of Red Rocks.
